We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Relocation Services Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You would be the on the ground expert who personally guides and supports relocating employees and their families by acting as their cultural ambassador, a practical problem solver, and a reassuring point of contract to help newcomers navigate the complexities of settling into Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in global mobility or relocation services and be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively support both local and international stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for international employees relocating to Taiwan, providing end-to-end relocation support. 2. Coordinate all aspects of the relocation process, including but not limited to: (1) Visa and work permit application support (2) Support for candidate’s housing and school search if applicable (3) Temporary accommodation booking (4) Orientation and settling-in services (5) Airport pickup and transportation coordination (6) Bank account setup and other local registrations 3. HR Business Partner (1) Collaborate with line managers to implement annual HR activities. (2) Provide daily HR administrative support to employees and managers. (3) Monitor policies and procedures, and communicate with employees and managers in a timely manner. (4) Design and implement activities and programs to enhance organizational culture, to level up the capabilities and attitude of employees. 2. Talent Acquisition Specialist (1) Partner with line manager and internal resources to identify recruitment opportunities. (2) Process-oriented, use strategic approaches to allocate and engage passive candidates. (3) Provide data insights to identify opportunities to improve candidate experience. (4) Work on global recruiting projects and conduct process and system enhancement.
