【技術落地 × 客戶需求 × 記憶體元件製程整合，工作內容簡介如下】 1. 鐵電 / 電阻式記憶體元件製程整合（BEOL，0.18 μm） • 負責 FeRAM / RRAM 元件之中後段製程整合 • 建立並優化 process window，兼顧元件效能、製程穩定度與可重現性 • 深度分析 in-line 與電性數據，將實驗結果轉化為可落地的製程方案 2. 客戶與產業合作專案技術對接 • 參與與實質產業（晶圓廠／IC 設計單位）之合作計畫 • 協助理解客戶規格、應用情境與製程限制，進行技術可行性評估 • 將元件特性與製程能力轉譯為可對外溝通的技術內容（spec / report / risk assessment） 3. Responsibilities: 1. In charge of all new product sample verification: including functional test and provide detailed reporting/documentation and coordination with our US US PM and Creative Teams,China Team. 2. All specs prior to US PM and Creative Teams, China Team confirmation, as well as final SOP review and verification. Using best common sense and confirmation from a consumer’s perspective 3. Work with US PM and Creative Teams, China team to formulate testing standard for all products to ensure test results are consistent and accurate in both offices 4. Communication and coordination with US PM and Creative Teams as well as China team. Liaison between US PM and Creative Teams and China team on technical details 5. Samples follow up (PLM) and classification management also including defective samples management 6. Fully communicate with factory in order to match between design and production 7. 第三代半導體與IC化電源轉換與控制電路開發，工作內容主要為導入第三代半導體元件，開發創新電源架構，並利用IC化製程開發微型化電源轉換架構與控制電路，創造技術領先優勢

•Component mean MOSFET、Dr.MOS、DC-DC IC Controller、Inductor and Capacitor. 1.Develop component level spec、test conditions and criteria. 2.Review component datasheet、spec and reliability report. 3.Enhance component quality with supplier. 4.Survey new material. •This includes new technology assessment, creation of technology roadmaps, specification development, and application engineering knowledge for both surface mounted and through hole components. • Additional duties include evaluating product performance and reliability test data as part of the component/supplier approval process for both new and existing components • Work with design engineers, procurement and suppliers to determine component requirements and drive component selection and second source identification. • Understand supplier and/or design requested changes to components and drive these changes through the formal component release and control procedures. • Work with design engineers on the resolution of component related issues, such as timing, design margining. • Analyze and evaluate component specifications to determine suitable alternate sources when required. This will occur for both development and sustaining products.
