負責全台營業所的營運管理與銷售支援，涵蓋業務推動、營運制度落實、人員管理、促銷與專案規劃，以及市場資訊分析。透過制度化、數據化的管理方式，協助營業體系提升銷售績效、營運品質與管理效率。 一、營業所業務管理： 蒐整營業主管月會資料並撰寫會議紀錄。 規劃與執行營業所巡訪與營運評鑑。 追蹤地方型外展活動與專案推動成效。 辦理業代考照補助及相關資格稽核。 客戶開發流程稽核與改善建議。 規劃與安排業代教育訓練、追蹤受訓成效。 二、營業所人事與制度管理 辦理人事異動、到離職與屆退作業。 執行新人培訓與到職制度導入。 管理獎金制度、績效考核與集團相關辦法之落實。 協助營業主管掌握並提升各所人力運作效率。 三、銷售與市場資訊分析 製作領牌市占率報表與銷售趨勢分析。 統整原廠業務資料並提供管理層參考。 製作營業簡報、銷售 KPI 報表及決策分析資料。

1. AI模型開發與應用整合 　針對場域中的能源、環境、設備運轉等感測資料，建立異常偵測、預測維護或行為分析模型，並持續調校模型效能。 2. 多源資料整理與分析 　整合 IoT 感測數據、設備紀錄與平台資料，進行資料清理、趨勢分析與模式辨識，提供智慧設施管理之決策依據。。 3. AI功能部署與平台串接 4. 其他主管交辦之任務

Data Visualization and Analytics - Create interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI. 7. System Administration and Scripting - Perform Linux system administration and scripting to support data infrastructure. 【Skills】 1. Essential: - Proven experience with distributed systems like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. - Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Oracle, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL. - Proficiency in Python or Scala for data engineering tasks. - Experience with workflow schedulers like Apache Airflow. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies. - Solid understanding of data modeling and warehousing principles. - Knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting. - Expertise in using BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI. 2. Desirable: - Experience implementing lakehouse architectures and managing Iceberg tables on S3 object storage (a plus). - Ability to develop and deploy REST APIs and web services. - Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines and associated tools. 3.
