職務簡介： 尋找具備策略洞察力與創新行動力的企劃夥伴，協助中心在政策與產業變局中掌握先機、制定策略方案、推動組織升級。 這個職務角色將結合策略規劃與資料分析，助推本院在AI、智慧機器人、淨零永續等核心議題上的行動落地，讓研發能量真正轉化為產業影響力。 工作內容： 1.內外環境敏捷掌握與策略規劃：掌握外部政策與產業動態、本院科研發展策略以及中心業務動態資訊等，提出具洞察力的策略建議以支援中心決策。 2.組織形象與品牌經營：規劃與製作中心對外簡報與網頁、形象內容與溝通策略，強化中心作為產業共創夥伴的專業形象。 3.管理機制研擬與推動：研擬並推動導入制度化、數位化之管理流程，運用自動化與生成式AI工具，提升營運效能及品質。 4.中心會議活動籌辦：策劃主管會議、策略規劃會議等，負責議程設計、會議準備、會議紀錄、以及決策追蹤與落實等。 5.幕僚支援與專案任務：支援主管進行策略提案、報告文件撰寫與簡報製作、數據分析及跨部門協調，參與重要任務之策略推動等。

1.儀表板建模與自助分析。(主要維護Excel / Power BI / SAC)。 01.使用 BI 工具建置財務與經營儀表板（高層總覽 → 部門/產品/通路鑽取）。 02.優化視覺化敘事：讓使用者能從「看到異常」快速下鑽到「原因與影響面」。 2.專題分析與優化專案。 01.進行單位損益、毛利結構、費用效率、客群/產品獲利、現金與營運資金等議題分析。 02.協助導入微軟平台的自動化工具（資料抽取/清理/排程/模板化），縮短關帳後報表產出時間並提升可重跑性。 3.經營數據實際與預算的大量資料處理，並投入系統維護管理。(SAP ERP S/4) 4.執行專案型分析任務(例協助數位轉型之專案任務)。 5.管理層報表、報告與簡報製作。 6.策略支援與洞察提供。 7.其他主管交辦事項。 必要條件： 1.具 2 年以上數據分析/經營分析/FP&A/管理會計/商業分析相關經驗（或具相當能力作品集）。 2.熟悉財務與經營常用指標：營收、毛利、費用、利潤、預算達成、現金流、營運KPI（依產業調整）。 3.能獨立完成資料處理與分析： 熟悉 SQL 查詢（JOIN、聚合、視窗函數尤佳）。 熟悉 Microsoft Excel（樞紐分析、函數、Power Query/Power Pivot 加分）。 4.具備清晰的邏輯表達與跨部門溝通能力：能把分析結論轉成「可行動的建議」。
