Responsibilities • Design a next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) agent capable of operating bilingually (Chinese/English). • Integrate advanced features such as automated reception, intelligent call routing, and smart customer service. • Deploy this agent within the private IP-based telephone switch, the flagship product currently promoted by the company. • Optional Assignments: ◦ Develop bilingual SLMs intended for use in embedded systems. ◦ Design SLMs for vision applications to integrate into an intelligent surveillance camera system. Required Skills and Experience • Conversational Agent Development: Experience in developing and optimizing advanced AI agents. • Enhancing Language Models through Fine-Tuning: Ability to integrate tools or functions that enrich the capabilities of LLMs. • IoT Integration: Experience interfacing LLMs with IoT devices to enable intelligent interactions.
