1. 制定金融防制詐欺政策及作業規範。 2. 規劃、推動及監督金融防制詐欺專案及機制等相關事務。 3. 規劃金融防制詐欺控管態樣參數及提供系統優化建議。 4. 辦理防制詐欺教育訓練及宣導。 5. 協助第一線調查疑似詐欺案件。 6. 審閱函稿、宣傳文案。 7. 檢視同仁數據分析資料。 8. 擔任主管機關推動金融防制詐欺及金融檢查窗口。 9. 其他主管交辦事項。
