【Job Overview】 Yusen Logistics Taiwan (YLTW) is seeking a Data Automation & Integration Analyst to support our International Freight Forwarding (IFF) business and digital transformation initiatives. This role serves as a bridge between business operations and technology, responsible for integrating logistics systems, automating operational processes, and enabling seamless data exchange across internal applications, customers, vendors, and global platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with sea freight, air freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, finance, and customer service teams to develop API integrations, EDI connectivity, automation workflows, and data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and customer experience. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Logistics System Integration ⚫ Support integration and enhancement of logistics operational systems. ⚫ Analyze business requirements and design data integration solutions across freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing processes. ⚫ Collaborate with local business teams, regional IT teams, system vendors, and external partners to implement system interfaces and enhancements. ⚫ Document integration specifications, process flows, and technical architecture. 2. Customer EDI & Data Exchange ⚫ Develop and maintain customer and partner connectivity solutions through: EDI、API、SFTP、XML、JSON、and/or CSV. ⚫ Support customer onboarding projects involving shipment visibility, order integration, and document exchange. ⚫ Work with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to troubleshoot and optimize data exchange processes. ⚫ Maintain EDI mapping documentation and interface specifications. 3.
