Job Summary: The Machine Learning engineer will be responsible for computer vision related projects, particularly in advanced image/video processing analyses and utilized for improving product quality, production yield, and factory effectiveness, along with other R&D activities such as algorithm designs, prototype developments and experimental designs. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and refine advanced Machine Learning/Deep Learning models to support product quality improvement, increasing yield and factory effectiveness. • Cultivate strong relationships with production line engineers, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of modeling initiatives with company objectives and to identify new hypotheses for model improvements. • Scale out modeling capacity by driving infrastructure improvements such as automation of data preparations, model training, implementation, and optimization. • Apply deep learning and computer vision techniques, such as image classification, object detection, and support integration of models into tools for use by product engineers and business analysts. • Engage with customers to develop and customized data analytics solutions to address special needs. • Address ad hoc queries from management and present actionable recommendations in a clear, concise, and convincing manner. • Communicate the application and benefits of using various modeling techniques to improve decision-making to customers and stakeholders. • Collaborate effectively with team members, whether leading projects or supporting initiatives led by others. • Research and evaluate new data technology and state-of-art algorithms, and keep up to date with market trends and competitive insights.

Continuously review and enhance the architecture and management processes of market risk management systems. 2. Plan, implement, and manage system platforms for controlling external regulatory limits, in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. 3. Design control processes for new financial products, including transaction limits, valuation methodologies, trading systems, monitoring and management reports, and capital requirements; participate in front , middle , and back office discussions for new product initiatives. 4. Plan and build a market risk data warehouse to support digitalized, automated, and integrated market risk management.

Main Accountabilities: 1. Sales performance analysis: a) Report preparation and automation: Establish visualized reports through Power BI tool to easily monitor performance and enable more insights. b) Maintain and manage databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. c) Develop revenue forecast based on historical data and volume trends for sales team. 2. Sales incentive and program calculation: Support to calculate individual and team incentives based on actual KPI results. 3. Sales team consolidation: a) Support to collect feedback/reports from frontline sales team and prepare consolidated reports for management team. b) Assist in yearly “Customer Allocation” process, including related data preparation, feedback consolidation, system updates etc. c) Assist in analyzing data for review meeting (e.g. Country Commercial Review) or other projects. 4. RO project support: Support the Commercial Planning & Research team on RO Commercial‘s projects, including project briefing, feedback collection, performance monitoring etc. 5. Sales program communication: Draft poster, dashboard and result summary to communicate program result in order to enhance momentum.

Job Description: To strategize and to extract information from extensive logistics-related data in order to uncover valuable and practical insights to assist the clients in making informed business decisions. Main Responsibilities 1. Data Collection and Cleansing: Consolidate, organize, and review large volumes of logistics-related data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. 2. Deep Dive Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools (including but not limited to Excel, Power BI, VBA, Python) to conduct in-depth analysis of warehouse and transport logistics operations. 3. Report Generation: Create clear and accurate data reports and build self-service tools to cross functional stakeholders 4. Predictive Analysis: Use data models for predictive analysis to identify potential issues in advance, such as supply chain delays or inventory shortages.
