1. MediaTek ASIC BU is seeking a Technical program manager to support ODMs/OEMs program manager, supporting designs win and develop competitive analysis. 2. Must be a self-starter, focuing on program management at key accounts 3. Manage projects involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of Consumer products. 4. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. 5. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. 6. Manage program expense to ensure accuracy and align with budget. 7. PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), manage program from kickoff, execution, NPI all the way to volume production.

- A strong background in TV display, backlight technology is a plus, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. - An expert of TV SOC and RGB mini-LED backlight design. - Collaborating with customers, eco-system suppliers, and staying updated with industry trends for new TAM creation/expansion.

We are look for a technical expert who has profound knowledge in Display Technology and SmartPhone system. Key Responsibility • Identify and anticipate key market/technology trend and contribute the result to product planning of Mediatek Dimensity SOC • Lead customer engagement, define and execute product strategy in the area pertaining to display technology, picture quality technology in smartphone system • Develop technology roadmap and product selling points by working closely with R&D team and contribute the result to Mediatek Dimensity SOC product execution • Participate in pre-sales activity together with sales team, supporting team and product management team • Drive effective cross-functional collaboration with internal team, 3rd parties, and OEM, to achieve product goal • Regular and frequent visit to OEM and 3rd parties to build/maintain relationship, and form strategic partnership

1. Expertise in managing critical IP technologies for HPC, such as high-speed interface, SerDes, D2D, 2.5D/3D, HBM, and advanced node process technologies, with a strong understanding of market dynamics 2. Investigate and analyze critical IP technology roadmaps, market trends and critical IP licensors business analysis as a basis to IP sourcing strategy forming 3. Mastering the decision-making groups, processes, key persons and underlying information circulated within major IP licensors, and driving substantial influence on their roadmap planning following corporate strategy 4. 負責 SoC／系統層級的效能與功耗分析、優化。 與硬體、韌體、軟體、架構等團隊合作，推動效能與功耗改善方案。 針對系統瓶頸進行深入分析，提出有效的優化解決方案。 參與 DVFS、低功耗設計、系統資源管理等技術的開發與調教。 針對 Windows 平台，優化 Windows PPM（Processor Power Management）設定，提升系統效能與功耗表現。 分析並調教 Windows Power Management 相關設定，確保系統在各種使用情境下達到最佳效能與最低功耗。 撰寫技術報告與文件，並提供內部團隊及客戶技術支援。

1. Analyze future Automotive CCC or ADAS SoC product trend and opportunities 2. Conduct competition analysis and define product position/key features to capture the market 3. Outline the product roadmap, working with the technical/engineering team, and driving the product execution across the organization. 4. Identify key features/technical challenges, including safety/cybersecurity/criticality/etc, to prepare resolving issues that affect competitiveness, schedule, or quality. 5. Engage with automotive OEMs and Tier1 customers to explore needs, providing best fit features 6. Lead the internal collaboration with functional teams
