Must be a self-starter, focuing on program management at key accounts 3. Manage projects involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of Consumer products. 4. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. 5. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. 6. Manage program expense to ensure accuracy and align with budget. 7. PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), manage program from kickoff, execution, NPI all the way to volume production.
