**歡迎具有供應鏈、業務相關工作經驗且對ESG有興趣的夥伴 **歡迎碳足跡盤查、永續專案等相關經驗者投遞履歷 在此職位中，將會負責： 1. 跨部門永續專案規劃、主導與整合 如：產品碳足跡盤查、碳盤查系統應用，CDP問卷填寫、召開ESG季會與簡報製作 2. 客戶永續議題整合與對應 如：參與客戶稽核、客戶問卷填答、碳排放數據詢問、瞭解特定產品碳足跡等 3. 參與ESG供應鏈相關主題趨勢交流，並帶領跨部門進行永續發展議題的工作 4. 其他ESG永續議題相關的專案協辦 如：關注永續趨勢、外部訓練教材內化與製作、部門簡報製作與協助製作永續報告書

Key Responsibilities: · Implement and maintain operation-related SOPs. · Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency. · Oversee daily order fulfillment and ensure smooth operational execution. · Participate in production meetings to align with cross-functional teams. · Respond to and investigate service-related issues promptly. · Identify and pursue opportunities to improve gross margin. · Lead and manage special projects as assigned. · Drive implementation of new processes, including but not limited to Continuous Improvement (CI) programs, change requests, and additional scopes. · Submit regular reports to customers and communicate regarding abnormal issues. · Manage warehouse operations in alignment with senior management directives. · Monitor and improve team performance to meet KPI targets for all TNDC accounts. · Foster a safe and supportive working environment in compliance with DSC’s Health, Safety, and Security standards. · Manage full P&L responsibilities for the site, including budgeting, forecasting, and providing essential financial insights. · 實施與營運相關的標準作業程序（SOP） · 建立並監控營運相關的關鍵績效指標（KPI） · 每日監控營運訂單的執行與完成情況 · 參與生產會議 · 負責處理服務異常問題並進行調查 · 尋求提升毛利率的機會 · 處理各項專案任務 · 推行新流程，包括但不限於持續改善（CI）計畫、變更申請及額外的營運範疇等 · 定期向客戶提交報告，並就異常狀況與客戶溝通 · 根據高階管理層的指示管理倉儲營運 · 積極管理基層人員的績效，確保符合每日工作排程與KPI要求，達成TNDC所有帳戶的營運目標 · 依照DSC的健康、安全與保全標準，營造安全與良好的工作環境 · 管理整個站點的損益，包括但不限於預算編列、預測及提供必要的財務數據

Job Content: Develop new customer pipeline according to strategical priorities and chosen sectors.
