協助進行晶圓級 Getter 薄膜沉積與圖形化製程之日常操作與技術支援，包含濺鍍設備操作、製程條件設定、圖形化流程（光刻／蝕刻／Lift-off）執行，以及製程前後之晶圓清潔與除氣作業。配合工程師進行製程參數調整、試片製作與良率觀察，並負責製程數據紀錄、異常回報與基本問題排查，支援高真空封裝（WLP）相關試產與驗證作業，確保 Getter 薄膜品質、圖形完整性與製程穩定度。

Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles. 5.
