Responsible for building Sigurd‘s test solutions either through software approach or hardware design from basic DC, digital, to the advance mixed-signal and RF circuits

【工作內容】 負責高速 PCB 與 IC 載板之訊號完整性（SI）模擬及量測驗證 1.SI 設計與分析 2.建立 PCB / IC 載板之 SI模型（2D / 3D EM） 3.分析高速 channel： insertion loss / return loss crosstalk / impedance discontinuity 4.模擬與實測 correlation 5.天線設計模擬 【熟悉技能】 Electromagnetics /transmission line theory /impedance control 【工具條件】 HFSS / SIwave / CST / ADS（至少其中一種工具；prefer HFSS） 【加分條件】 ◎熟悉高速系統––- PCIe / DDR / Ethernet / SerDes ––-具備天線設計模擬 ––-有 PDN 設計經驗 ◎瞭解量測設備及軟體：VNA / TDR / Python /自動化工具開發能力 ◎瞭解封裝與PCB技術：BGA / IC substrate / interposer / PCB

1. 模組開發與設計： 負責高功率模組的封裝結構設計、佈局與材料評估，確保產品符合電氣與散熱規格。 2. 模擬與分析： 執行電熱模擬與熱應力分析，並依據結果優化產品設計，提升模組可靠度。 3. 製程與量產導入： 與製造工程團隊緊密合作，解決產品由研發端轉入量產階段的技術瓶頸。運用 ECRS 等手法協助梳理並優化設計到生產的作業流程，確保量產順遂。 4. 驗證與失效分析： 制定模組的可靠度驗證計畫，並針對測試異常或客訴進行失效分析，提出改善對策。 5. 技術文件建立： 撰寫並維護設計規範、BOM 表、DFMEA 及相關工程技術文件。 6. 薪資福利內容參照鴻揚半導體提供為主

Key Responsibilities - Maintain and support wire bond equipment to ensure high uptime and reliability. - Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions. - Perform preventive maintenance and drive continuous equipment improvements. - Support production operations and minimize equipment downtime. - Work with Process, Production, and Quality teams to improve yield and product quality. - Lead and drive equipment qualification, sustaining, upgrade and automation projects. - Analyze equipment performance data and implement productivity improvements. - Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation. - Train and mentor technicians on equipment operation and troubleshooting. Requirements - Bachelor‘s degree or above in Engineering related field (Mechanical, Electrical are preferred). - Minimum 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience. - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. - Familiar with SPC, FMEA, 8D, and continuous improvement methodologies. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Able to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications - TOEIC ＞600 or other English comprehensive certification - Experience with wire bonder, eg K&S Rapid; ASM AERO...etc - Knowledge of automation, SECS/GEM, and equipment data analysis. - Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
