The Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for scientific programming in data validation, dataset transformation, and statistical analysis programming. Also, the Programmer supports data management or statistical activities for projects, if needed. Qualified individuals must have a bachelor‘s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, public health, or related field, or have 0-2 years of pharmaceutical experience in drug research and development. An advanced master’s degree is preferred. Knowledge of Statistical Application Software (SAS) or other programming language is required. Job Summary: The Machine Learning engineer will be responsible for computer vision related projects, particularly in advanced image/video processing analyses and utilized for improving product quality, production yield, and factory effectiveness, along with other R&D activities such as algorithm designs, prototype developments and experimental designs. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and refine advanced Machine Learning/Deep Learning models to support product quality improvement, increasing yield and factory effectiveness. • Cultivate strong relationships with production line engineers, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of modeling initiatives with company objectives and to identify new hypotheses for model improvements. • Scale out modeling capacity by driving infrastructure improvements such as automation of data preparations, model training, implementation, and optimization. • Apply deep learning and computer vision techniques, such as image classification, object detection, and support integration of models into tools for use by product engineers and business analysts. • Engage with customers to develop and customized data analytics solutions to address special needs. • Address ad hoc queries from management and present actionable recommendations in a clear, concise, and convincing manner. • Communicate the application and benefits of using various modeling techniques to improve decision-making to customers and stakeholders. • Collaborate effectively with team members, whether leading projects or supporting initiatives led by others. • Research and evaluate new data technology and state-of-art algorithms, and keep up to date with market trends and competitive insights.

We are looking for a developer specializing in agents based on large language models (LLM) to join an R&D team dedicated to the application of AI in natural language processing and computer vision. This position is part of the Networks and Telecommunications Products division. Responsibilities • Design a next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) agent capable of operating bilingually (Chinese/English). • Integrate advanced features such as automated reception, intelligent call routing, and smart customer service. • Deploy this agent within the private IP-based telephone switch, the flagship product currently promoted by the company. • Optional Assignments: ◦ Develop bilingual SLMs intended for use in embedded systems. ◦ Design SLMs for vision applications to integrate into an intelligent surveillance camera system. Required Skills and Experience • Conversational Agent Development: Experience in developing and optimizing advanced AI agents. • Enhancing Language Models through Fine-Tuning: Ability to integrate tools or functions that enrich the capabilities of LLMs. • IoT Integration: Experience interfacing LLMs with IoT devices to enable intelligent interactions. Assets • Advanced Proficiency with Agent Frameworks: Demonstrated expertise in using frameworks such as LangChain, Rasa, and HuggingFace Smolagents, and leveraging them to develop innovative solutions. • Industrial Deployment Experience with LLMs: Proven track record in implementing and industrializing large-scale language models, ensuring performance and robustness in professional environments. • Additional Assets: Familiarity with reinforcement learning or expertise in Mixture of Experts will be considered a significant advantage, enhancing your ability to innovate in ambitious projects.
