A.職務核心使命 洞察高端會員的消費行為與生活型態趨勢，整合數據與市場觀察，結合集團旗下各品牌特點及優勢、打造具深度與質感的專屬體驗，藉此提升高端會員留存率與忠誠度，優化會員結構，彰顯品牌價值。 B.主要工作內容 1. 發想、規劃及執行高端會員專屬體驗：以新品牌、新展店、季節菜單為核心，在確保各環節符合並維持集團FFIC (Fine / Fashion / Innovation / Culture) 標準下，與外部夥伴共同規劃具策略、獨特性且令人印象深刻的尊榮體驗。 2. 高端會員酬賓機制規劃與執行：針對潛在黑卡、黑卡及黑鑽卡規劃並制定相關酬賓配套，如：晉升禮、生日禮、三節禮品、專屬Line群組等。 3. 專案管理：除外部服務供應商之遴選及管理，須能同時開展多項專案、有效安排優先順序，並於時程內完成任務。 4. 跨部門協作：擁有優秀的影響力與跨部門協作能力，與集團品牌、公關及事業部門溝通、合作，推進並完成相關專案之執行。 5. 預算控管及優化：擁有預算編列、控管及結算之實務經驗。 6. 高端會員體驗相關之異業合作洽談：維繫關鍵合作夥伴關係，確保合作成效與長期價值。 7. 拓展並維繫與第三方合作夥伴關係：如奢侈品品牌 (精品、名車、酒類)、私人銀行、美國運通CENTURION、藝廊、高爾夫及高級生活品牌等。 8. 高端消費趨勢追蹤：觀察高端消費 (餐飲) 市場趨勢，提出具前瞻性會員經營建議。 ＊初期工作地點為「桃園辦公室」；待年底台北新辦公室正式啟用後，工作地點將調整為「台北辦公室」。 ※實際薪資依當日面試情形以及工作資歷核定。 ※請先投遞履歷，之後將有專人與您聯繫，安排面試時間、地點。 ⇊⇊ ★完整福利制度★ 請詳閱下方內容 ⇊⇊

主要職責： 一、現場技術支援與故障分析 - 於客戶現場及委外半導體封裝測試廠（OSAT）進行產品維護與維修。 - 執行初步故障排除與故障分析，記錄並評估電性輸出數據。 - 解讀測試機數據紀錄，協助故障分析。 - 與公司內部工程團隊（設計、製造、品質工程）協作，進行深入分析並導入可持續的解決方案。 - 支援系統性根本原因調查，收集相關資料並撰寫詳盡且準確的服務報告。 - 主導對外客戶溝通：管理客戶期待、清楚呈現分析結果，並在必要時協助緩解問題升級。 二、內部跨部門協作 - 與同事、技術銷售工程師、專案經理、品質工程師及設計中心密切合作，傳達客戶需求與技術風險。 - 主動分享知識與經驗，支援團隊成員。 - 將客戶回饋轉化為具體可執行的任務，並確保各部門了解其工作背後的目的與意義。 - 作為公司內部團隊與客戶之間的緩衝角色，適當處理問題，維持穩定的合作關係。

1.主要工作為環境資訊系統等專案工作，處理計畫相關庶務工作以及報告書撰寫，另外協助其他專案現場或事前準備工作等。 2.執行與統籌專案資料，包括資料彙整、訪談進行、報告撰寫及簡報製作，並定期提供工作進度報告、成果交付與驗收，確保專案達到預期目標。 3.發揮卓越的溝通、協調與整合能力，推動專案順利進行，促進團隊合作及客戶滿意度。

1.產品營運與管理：負責東南亞市場遊戲產品營運，包含活動規劃與執行、推廣安排、成效追蹤與營運優化。 2.專案管理與時程追蹤：負責遊戲版本迭代管理，規劃專案時程，定期追蹤項目進度，並進行風險控管。 3.數據分析與優化：彙整並分析產品營運數據，洞察用戶行為，並以數據為導向提出具體、可執行的優化方案與改版建議。 4.跨部門與廠商溝通：與開發、美術、客服、行銷等相關部門進行溝通協調，並協助外部供應商及遊戲開發商之商務溝通。 5.市場與競品研究：針對東南亞遊戲市場進行市場觀察、競品分析與趨勢研究，並提出營運策略建議。

1.Work with MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe (MP/NPI) 2.Ensure all equipment operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE 3.Assist new equipment and automation to be introduced into production. 4.Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime. 5.Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance 6.Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals 7.Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets 8.Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency 9.Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents. 10.Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management 11.Cross-functional teams to address specific aspects of manufacturing, ensuring collaboration and synergy across different functions. 12.Regularly review and update the organizational KPI (QCDST) 13.MFG 7 wastes (slow moving / block inventory) Scrap management and Improvement plan.

1. Lead the team handling PCBA failures and technical issues. 2. Investigate root causes of PCBA defects and implement corrective actions. 3. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to prevent recurring issues. 4. Support new product introduction and ensure PCBA reliability. 5. Maintain troubleshooting guides, test procedure, and team training. 6. Track and report failure trends and improvement metrics. 7.Organize and supervise product maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, and replacement of parts 8. 1.POC 專案管理：負責協作型機器手臂POC專案管理。需與AI中心及自主移動機器人POC 協同討論。以及籌備展覽的相關事項。支援關鍵零組件廠商連繫、洽購及合約流程。 2.制定專案範疇、目標和交付成果。設計專案計劃和時間表，並監控專案進度，確保按時完成。 3.管理專案資源，包括人力、物力和財力資源，確保有效利用。識別和評估專案風險，制定風險應對策略。 4.與客戶或原廠充分溝通，瞭解並滿足專案需求。確保專案成果符合質量標準，並進行最終驗收和交付。 5.Collaborate with variety functions in project team, other teams, and other companies to keep the progress of project.
