MediaTek Inc. (MTK) is a global fabless IC design company based in Hsinchu, Taiwan. As a foundry purchasing at MTK, you’ll have to independently make purchase plan, including capacity requirement, price negotiate...etc. You’ll need to: 1. Make inventory strategies, capacity preparation strategies, and foundry allocation strategies. 2. Execute/monitor your plans and monitor/ track the capacity fulfilled status and solve issues if there is any.

• 帶領與整合類比IP團隊與技術, 開發新的SOC或ASIC產品 • You will work as part of analog project management team and work closely with SoC Integration teams responsible for enabling on-time silicon to meet product schedules. • Multi-task skills will be key to lead several tasks of project at a time. • Track and drive resolution of technical issues between multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, Validation, Process Technology, Packaging, Quality and Reliability, System Hardware and Application. • Convert data into a clear story to communicate to partners and organizations at all levels. • Pull together regular project status presentations for executive leadership review. • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution. • Collaborate with software/hardware teams for silicon validation of analog IPs • Deliver highly focused and detailed issue reporting, bug tracking and communication of risks and status

1. Develop, communicate and drive adoption of the launch analytics program and vision; 2. Reporting & Analytics: Define and accept end-to-end reporting requirements, analytics and effectiveness within each analytics program; 3. Support implementation and management of technology solutions and tools to support program/organization managers evolving needs

This position needs to cover technical marketing role for multimedia-related products. To ensure success as a technical marketing role, this candidate should exhibit sound knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to apply your technical expertise to the development of marketing materials. This position requires the candidate to face customer engineer teams and need to be capable of conducting/handling in-depth discussion for various sessions: AI, low power, computing capability, bandwidth requirements for different applications. This candidate also needs to be capable of coordinating resource of internal platform PM/RD and deliver achievable technical proposals for MediaTek technology promotion and achieve project design-in.
