•Manage the Automotive Contract Manufacturing (CM) project from RFQ to mass production, overseeing all aspects of the process. •Lead cross-functional teams to meet targets for schedule, milestones, build phases, cost, quality, and manufacturability. •Work with the R&D and Manufacturing (MFG) core teams to understand product requests and requirements. •Guide the execution of the project to ensure milestones and build phases are met, including budget control. •Manage and implement engineering changes. •Maintain strong partnerships with both customers and vendors. •Provide regular status updates to management. •Act as the interface between the R&D engineering team, the Manufacturing team, and customers.

【主要職責】 1.專案主導與執行：負責ERP系統(SAP 或 NetSuite)從規劃、藍圖設計、系統設定、測試到正式上線的完整生命週期管理。 2.業務流程優化：診斷現有業務流程，進行差異分析(Gap Analysis)，並提供基於SAP / NetSuite最佳實務的解決方案。 3.跨部門溝通：協調內部各單位(財務、供應鏈、銷售等)與外部供應商，確保專案進度與品質符合預期。 4.高品質文件製作：撰寫並維護個階段專業文件，包括業務流程說明(BBP)、系統功能規格書(FSD)、使用者手冊(User Manual)及較運訓練教材。 5.用戶支持與培訓：主導使用者接受度測試(UAT)及教育訓練，並在系統上線初期提供顧問式支持。

RFQ 管理與報價策略 (RFQ & Quotation Management) 需求分析： 接收並深入分析客戶的詢價單 (RFQ)，釐清技術規格、產能需求與交期條件。 4.商務談判： 主導報價提交後的議價過程，針對價格、付款條件 (Payment Terms)、貿易條件 (Incoterms) 進行談判，以爭取最佳訂單獲利。 5.定期檢討 (QBR)： 定期與客戶進行業務檢討會議 (QBR)，挖掘潛在需求，尋求擴大合作份額 (Share of Wallet) 的機會。 6.市場情資： 蒐集競爭對手動態與市場價格趨勢，提供公司作為產品開發與策略調整的參考
