我們正在尋找一位具備實戰經驗與優秀溝通能力的研發機構經理。本職位主要承接 OEM/ODM/OTS 相關產品專案，您將帶領研發團隊，作為國外客戶與工廠內部製造（塑膠射出、NCT 鈑金、模具）之間的技術橋樑，確保產品從設計端完美落地量產。 1.【DFM與客戶技術對接】： 主導 OEM 專案與國外/國內客戶的技術檢討會議（包含視訊會議），針對客戶原始設計進行可製造性設計 (DFM) 評估，並主動提出優化或降本 (Cost-down) 改善提案。 2.【跨工藝技術審查】： 指導並審查團隊之機構設計與結構分析，確保產品設計融合塑膠射出或鈑金 (NCT/沖壓) 之加工工藝特性，降低量產風險。 3.【專案與時程管控】： 掌控研發專案時程（EVT ➔ DVT ➔ PVT ➔ MP），協調團隊成員與跨部門資源，確保專案如期完成。 4.【量產導入與技術支持】： 主導試模（T1~Tn）與試產問題檢討，偕同製造、模具、品保團隊解決生產現場的技術瓶頸，優化製程良率。 5.【團隊管理與人才培育】： 帶領並指導研發/機構工程師，優化產品開發流程，核准各項技術文件與樣品驗證報告
