We are seeking a highly technical Wireless Program Manage with a solid background in Electrical Engineering (EE) and Computer Science (CS) to oversee cross-functional issues and risks across experienced engineering teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing processes that comply with ISO26262, ISO21434, and ASPICE standards, while also monitoring process performance, proposing, and implementing improvement measures, and collaborating with project teams to ensure the smooth implementation and adherence to processes.

1. Managing the business engagement with major EDA partners, including the licensing of EDA software tools and IP, and purchasing EDA hardware tools. 2. Leading external partners, internal engineering, business, and legal teams to collaborate and complete business negotiations and contract management that align with the company‘s business objectives. 3. Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to conduct business analysis of key EDA licensors as a basis for the company‘s strategic planning. 1. 領導外部夥伴、內部工程、業務及法務團隊合作，完成符合公司業務目標之商務談判及合約管理。 2. 進行跨單位合作以完成關鍵EDA授權廠商之商務分析，作為公司策略規劃依據。

1. Planning and coordinating assessments with the Project team 2. Collect, monitor and resolution of functional safety issues 3. Determine the required ISO 26262 work products and progress monitoring of the work products. 4. Review safety analysis (ex: FMEDA, DFA, FMEA) 5. Organize and support reviews, audits and assessments. 6. Systematic maintenance and establishment of ISO26262 related processes 7. Conduct the functional safety assessment

1. 建立與維護專案完整BOM架構，並制定SOP文件管理。 2. 協助優化BOM流程、卡關機制與BOM系統相關設定。 3. 與各單位討論分析Root cause 與預防問題再度發生。

1. Leading and integrate team members and technology of analog IP to engage new SOC products including multi-vertical product lines. 2. Work as analog project management team and work closely with SoC Integration teams responsible for enabling on-time silicon to meet product schedules. 3. Multi-task skills will be key to lead several tasks of project at a time. 4. Track and drive resolution of technical issues between multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, Validation, Process Technology, Packaging, Quality and Reliability, System Hardware and Application Convert data into a clear story to communicate to partners and organizations at all levels. 5. Also, as good communication bridge between Analog and SOC Regular project status presentations for executive leadership review including issue report, bug tracking, risk assessment and mitigation plan.
