We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify, engage and influence seasoned candidates, ensuring the most suitable, right-fit talents are attracted to TSMC. Additionally, this role requires effective communication with regional Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to enable global alignment, drive process enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies. Responsibilities: 1. Partner with regional TA teams to streamline workflows and ensure global alignment on recruitment strategies, policies, and processes. Aim for achieving the business result with the most suitable recruitment strategy. 2. Ability to identify qualified candidate by using the proper sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Hunter, Seminar/ Conference, Patent/ Paper research…etc.).
