Perform as the HRIS data key maintenance user to process and execute non-payroll employee transactions related to all HR activities, including setting organization codes, setting up system organizational report lines, maintaining all organization charts, managing position movements, and adjusting various entitlements, such as processing allowance provisions in response to staff reassignments. 2. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Relocation Services Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You would be the on the ground expert who personally guides and supports relocating employees and their families by acting as their cultural ambassador, a practical problem solver, and a reassuring point of contract to help newcomers navigate the complexities of settling into Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in global mobility or relocation services and be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively support both local and international stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for international employees relocating to Taiwan, providing end-to-end relocation support. 2. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade. Responsibilities: 1. Develop strategy and annual plans as key planner, to engage overseas students at all degree levels and help them know better about TSMC 2. Develop creative ways and oversee plan execution to ensure our student engagement programs continue to be an effective approach to deliver an attractive employer brand for TSMC 3. Establish and maintain relationships with university faculty, career center staff and professors to help increase brand exposure on campus and collect information from various channels for internal share. 4. Gather and analyze overseas student talent market to offer insights to relevant stakeholders in determining recruitment strategies and sourcing plan. 5.
