System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT) to integrate Workday with other internal systems and external vendors (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms). 3. Data Migration: Ensure accurate data migration from legacy HR systems to Workday, including validation, mapping, and troubleshooting of data discrepancies. 4. Customization & Optimization: Tailor Workday’s features to meet business requirements, including creating reports, dashboards, and workflows to optimize HR operations. 5. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing technical support, resolving system issues, ensuring data integrity, and managing system updates and upgrades. 6. Training & Documentation: Develop user guides, conduct training sessions for HR teams, and document system configurations and processes. 7. Compliance & Security: Ensure that the HRIS system complies with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive data. 8. Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and communication with stakeholders during the implementation phase and subsequent system upgrades. Experience: 1. Proven experience (3+ years) working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms in an engineering or implementation role. a. Hands-on experience in the end-to-end implementation of Workday or other HCM systems. b. Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee data management. c. Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware). 2.
