Job content: - •Develop healthy relationships with internal employee groups and external labour authorities. •Implement DBS’ employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of employee grievances or collective labor disputes, and maintain a productive and harmonious workplace. •Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement employee relations initiatives to ensure compliance with policies and practices. •Liaise with related parties to investigate and resolve grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence.
