【職缺亮點】全新台灣NPI中心建置之核心測試工程團隊，具備高專案能見度與職涯發展舞台。 1. 測試環境規劃與基礎設施管理：負責測試環境之整體規劃佈局與基礎設施運維管理，確保測試平台與環境之穩定度與可用性。 2. 初期測試需求確認與資源規劃：主導產品初期測試需求評估，制定全面性測試規劃（含設備、備品、耗材配置），以確保測試資源精準對接專案時程。 3. DFT方案驗證與覆蓋率管理：驗證可測試性設計（DFT）方案之可行性，確保測試覆蓋率（Test Coverage）達標，並協助識別早期設計缺陷以降低開發風險。 4. 測試流程建置與架構優化：建立並持續優化標準測試流程（涵蓋 SIT、Diag、系統測試及液冷測試），提升測試製程之穩定性與檢測效率。 5. 良率監控與量產準備：即時監控測試良率與測試成本，推動持續改善計畫（CIP）以優化成本結構，確保產品順利由開發階段導入量產（MP）。 6. 測試文件編制與知識管理：統籌測試規範、標準作業程序（SOP）與測試報告之編制、審查與系統化管理，確保技術資產之完整性。 7. 團隊領導與人才發展：帶領測試工程團隊，推動核心技術傳承與人才培育計畫，全面提升團隊之專案執行力與技術深度。

Job Summary/Key Responsibilities . To design, develop, and integrate diagnostic software solutions for servers, storage, and AI accelerator platforms, enabling automated testing and efficient issue resolution in collaboration with hardware and firmware teams. · Design and implement diagnostic software for hardware platforms. · Develop automation tools and scripts for testing and validation. · Integrate diagnostics with production and lab environments. · Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with cross-functional teams. · Document diagnostic procedures, tools, and technical guides. · Evaluate and adopt new tools or technologies to enhance diagnostics.

1.測試軟體與Web平台開發 開發與維護測試平台，包含負責開發測試程式及Web操作介面. 2.伺服器測試及功能開發 開發伺服器功能測試程式，並進行整合測試與效能調試。 3.軟體部署與測試環境管理規劃 規劃與建置部署流程，並負責測試環境的配置與維護，確保測試軟體平台的一致性與自動化發布.

Description: You will play a key role in specifying, designing, developing, validating and releasing key functional test stations for factory Mass Production use. Partition tests across module, sub-assembly, and system level that is optimized for cycle time, yield, cost, and risk. Responsibilities: Designing, developing instrumentation hardware, software & firmware platforms required to test and calibrate product key functional modules Prototyping, bring-up, debug and characterization of instruments for AR/VR products Preparing and delivering tester’s technical documentations and presentations Establish acceptance criteria, guard-bands, and GR&R plans; drive DFT/DFM/DFX with design teams Vendor liaison, including supporting instrumentation bring up and qualification that meet project timelines

負責測試智慧城市應用之功能、效能與安全性，建立自動化測試流程與品質驗證標準 1. 熟悉自動化測試框架（如Selenium、Cypress） 2. 具備CI/CD下測試流程設計經驗 3. 熟悉API測試與效能測試工具 4. 能撰寫測試計畫與測試案例

What You Will Do •Execute functional, integration, and system-level test plans and verify end-to-end device behavior across the full stack. •Validate wireless connectivity, provisioning, and gateway/endpoint handoff scenarios under real-world conditions. •Reproduce, isolate, and document defects, and drive them to resolution with the firmware and software teams. •Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and coverage for new and existing features. •Report on quality, track defect trends, and support release readiness decisions. Core Skills Required •Hands-on domain knowledge in wireless communications — protocols, connectivity, and wireless test methodology (for example BLE, sub-GHz / LoRa-class radios, Wi-Fi, or similar). •Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, test case design, defect lifecycle management, and system-level functional testing. •Experience testing firmware or software on Linux-based embedded devices. •Comfortable working with logs, debugging tools, and lab test setups to isolate issues. •Able to work on-site in Hsinchu and collaborate directly with an in-house engineering team. Nice to Have •Experience with low-power wide-area, mesh, or similar wireless connectivity ecosystems. •Experience with connected consumer device or IoT programs (smart home, wearables, embedded systems). •Some scripting ability (for example Python) to assist with test execution and analysis. •Working proficiency in Mandarin for on-site collaboration (English working proficiency required). Engagement This is a long-term, on-site consulting engagement in Hsinchu, embedded with the client‘s SDET/QA team. Consultants who meet the wireless and QA requirements will be considered on a rolling basis.
