[About the Role] We are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Software Product Manager to join our team in Tucheng, New Taipei. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of the software roadmap for our industry-leading connectivity solutions, including: •Fiber Gateways •Wi-Fi Mesh Extenders •4G/5G Mobile Routers •Indoor/Outdoor Gateways •Companion APPs with cloud integration You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape the future of next-generation broadband and wireless solutions, ensuring a balance of customer satisfaction and business success. [Key Responsibilities] •Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product software roadmap, aligning with user needs, market trends, and emerging technologies. •Assist in gathering and defining product requirements and user stories for hardware-software integrated solutions. •Support competitive analysis and market research to help drive product differentiation and innovation. •Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, sales, and support teams to deliver high-quality product features. •Participate in customer feedback analysis, field trials, and technical evaluations to guide enhancements. •Help prepare product documentation, internal briefs, and feature overviews for various stakeholders. •Track product KPIs and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making. 1. 系統性演算法開發，參與實際場域AI系統專案(如 AutoML、AutoDL 建模) 2. 參與各式數據分析專案，如數據分群、時間序列預測、異常值偵測、大數據資料整理、資料觀察及視覺化、統計數據分析 3. 協助撰寫系統開發文件、調查相關論文與技術。 4. 主管交辦事項

1、ESG/EMS 產品管理規劃，供應商管理，NPDP，方案創新應用發展 。 2、AIOT、EMS 軟體及硬體、系統整合 SI 專案管理 3、技能培訓、產品技術分析 ，SI系統整合、PPT 簡報 擅長工具: JAVA, Python, SCADA, Edge, Projects, ERP 者佳 擅長語言：中文、英文

1. GAI/NLP 演算法開發，參與大型語言模型(LLM)實務專案，著重但不限於繁體中文字與基礎資料整理代碼生成。 2. 模型參數調整，參與 Fine-Tuning 算法開發與調整，搭配 Few-shot 等 Prompting 技術實現 In context learning 調優生成結果。 3. 檢索增強生成 (Retrieval-Augmented Generation, RAG)演算法架構開發，結合檢索器和生成器優化 LLM 效度。 4. 協助撰寫系統開發文件、調查相關論文與技術。 5. 主管交辦事項。

1. 協助工程師進行拆圖及文件整理。 2. 協助執行專案相關技術資料建立。 3. 機構設計與可靠度驗證 4. BOM與技轉文件製作。 5. 主管及工程師交辦事項。 熟AutoCAD、SolidWorks繪圖軟體尤佳

1. 需熟悉SolidWorks ,AutoCad。 2. 了解金屬加工製成 3. 協助測試和分析設計不良原因，進行方案改進與優化。 4. 支援跨部門溝通，確保設計符合客戶需求與品質標準。 5. 配合主管要求，完成專案相關的其他技術性任務。

系統維護與改進 負責現有系統的日常維護，快速解決問題並進行持續改進，確保系統的穩定性和高可靠性。 能有效執行系統監控及故障排除，定期進行更新、優化，確保系統運作順暢。 隨著業務需求的變化，持續進行系統升級與改進，確保系統能靈活應對新的挑戰。 資料庫管理 維護公司資料庫，確保數據的準確性與安全性，並持續提升資料庫效能。 熟練使用 SQL 及相關資料庫技術，能夠設計並優化資料庫結構和查詢語句。 能夠進行資料庫備份與恢復，確保資料庫的完整性、可用性及高效運作。 POS 與 ERP 系統維護 熟悉並負責公司 POS 和 ERP 系統的日常運維與問題解決，保障系統穩定性。 若熟悉肚肚 POS 系統與聯合資訊 ERP 系統將更具優勢。 能夠進行系統配置、部署，並確保系統穩定高效運作。 具備系統故障排除與修復的能力，確保運營不中斷。 主管交辦事項 完成主管指派的其他相關任務，協助推動部門和公司的整體 IT 專案及工作。
