伺服器DFM Design For Manufacturability 工作地點: 內湖 DFM (Design For Manufacturability Job Summary The DFM Engineer will be responsible for advising and consulting with R&D in support of designing new products that are highly manufactural. The DFM Engineer will work up front during the development process, influencing design, manufacturing and test solutions. Job Description Establishing and defining the DFM Engineering goals and product design guides Managing manufacturability issues to ensure that established product quality and product yield levels are met at the start of production by manufacturing Assisting with investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for product quality and product yield issues during product launch Serve as point of contact for product development teams for DFM content related questions

◆ Manage and utilize engineers to provide engineering service to internal teams, partners, customers and suppliers. ◆ Define and supervise team’s objective setting and execution. ◆ Introduce new technology to the team and get benefit by incorporating them into existing product lines. ◆ A manager with good knowledge and experience of industrial equipment in the cleanroom. ◆ Be familiar with complicated transportation design, with large objects handling with robots. ◆ Capable to define mechanical interface specification that can incorporate our equipment into a production line.

Education and Experience Required: · Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Electrical Engineering. Requirements: · More than 5 years of experience in hardware design with successful delivery to market. Experience in project lead is preferred. · Schematic Capture tools, Allegro PCB layout. · Familiar with EMI/EMC requirements and how to mitigate in design. · Knowledge of safety agency requirements and how to design for compliance. · Good lab skills and problem solving skills. · Excellent communication between teams and vendors. · Self-motivated. 工作地點 : 台北市 ...............................................................................................................
