KPMG Global Digital Village為數轉型的領導顧問公司，我們正在找尋一位具有5-10年工作經驗的數據分析加入我們的團隊。作為數據分析副理，您需要能領導一個2-3人的團隊進行專案，負責數據分析、AI藍圖規畫等工作。您也需要與客戶進行訪談及互動，了解業務需求，規劃專案內容並將數據轉化為實際行動和策略。此外，您將負責專案管理，包括時程規劃、跨團隊溝通協調，以確保項目的成功實施。

As this role, you will not only re-engineer automatic operations through digital technologies, but also help us achieve supply chain excellence by continually improvement projects/tasks. 1. 與研發主管討論化妝品產品開發事宜，監控市場趨勢並提出創新產品構思，協調跨部門合作如生產、行銷等以推動產品開發進程。 2. 進行化妝品配方分析及試製，參考國內外相關文獻，執行產品研發實驗並評估其安全性與有效性，確保產品符合市場需求。 3. 改善既有化妝品產品的品質，執行產品安定性測試與改良，進行新原料的資料收集與評估，提升製程的放大和改進效率。 4. 熟悉化妝品法規及相關國內外標準，確保研發過程符合法規要求，並遵循化妝品GMP及 ISO 22716規範。 5. 準備及分析新產品申請所需資料，建立並維護產品資訊檔案（PIF），並精確紀錄實驗過程撰寫研發報告。 6. 執行產品功效性與安全性的深入研究，且探討新研發產品的專利相關問題，進行專利申請及問題解決等事宜。 7. 操作及維護實驗室設備，掌握無菌操作及微生物檢測方法，進行數據統計分析設計實驗，保證研發過程中的數據準確性與可靠性。
