1.統籌車用電子之品質與測試策略規劃，涵蓋軟體、硬體、系統整合測試及產品驗證流程，確保軟體功能、產品環境耐受度及使用壽命上皆滿足客戶規範。 2.管理跨領域測試團隊，領導硬體、軟體、系統驗證、可靠度、EMC / RF測試團隊，進行組織分工、績效管理、人才培育與專業能力提升。 3.熟悉車用品質流程，ASPICE V-Model & ISO26262全流程測試管理經驗 4.熟悉品質管理系統ALM，督導執行專案測試流程合規與追溯性。 5.專案內外部稽核及缺失追蹤改善，參與系統及客戶稽核、認證與品質會議，處理重大品質議題與客訴，維護公司品牌與客戶信任。 6.設計驗證階段的缺陷控管 ，建立設計品質風險預警機制，確保驗證測試涵蓋率達到要求。 7.跨部門協作與專案管理，與研發、製造、PM、採購、業務密切合作，確保產品開發時程與品質目標達成。 8.品質數據分析與管理報告，建立品質KPI與管理報表，定期向高階主管彙報品質狀況與改善成果。

1.Work with MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe (MP/NPI) 2.Ensure all equipment operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE 3.Assist new equipment and automation to be introduced into production. 4.Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime. 5.Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance 6.Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals 7.Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets 8.Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency 9.Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents. 10.Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management 11.Cross-functional teams to address specific aspects of manufacturing, ensuring collaboration and synergy across different functions. 12.Regularly review and update the organizational KPI (QCDST) 13.MFG 7 wastes (slow moving / block inventory) Scrap management and Improvement plan.

1. Lead the team handling PCBA failures and technical issues. 2. Investigate root causes of PCBA defects and implement corrective actions. 3. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to prevent recurring issues. 4. Support new product introduction and ensure PCBA reliability. 5. Maintain troubleshooting guides, test procedure, and team training. 6. Track and report failure trends and improvement metrics. 7.Organize and supervise product maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, and replacement of parts 8. 1.Work with AME / MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe. 2.Design and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and achieve company goals. 3.Leading and managing production teams, recruitment, training and performance evaluation. 4.Analyze and improve production processes, increase productivity and reduce costs. 5.Ensure that products comply with quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements. 6.Manage manufacturing budget, including cost control and resource allocation. 7.Ensure that the production process complies with safety regulations and standards. 8.Cross-department collaboration: BU, RD, supply chain and sales departments to ensure that production is consistent with the company‘s overall goals. 9.Implement policy management and achieve manufacturing KPIs. 10.Manage manufacturing inventory and loss and scrap management to achieve company goals 11.Production equipment management, introduction of automation, equipment maintenance management, new product introduction projects 12.Cross-functional teams to address specific aspects of manufacturing, ensuring collaboration and synergy across different functions. 13.Establish effective communication channels to facilitate information flow and coordination in AME/Server business. 14.NPI / Shipment meeting and update the actions. 15.MFG 7 wastes (slow moving / block inventory) Scrap management and Improvement plan.
