主要負責： 1. 5G CPE 產品生命週期管理從Kick-off 到EOL 2. 蒐集並分析市場動態,客戶需求與競爭者分析提供未來產品規畫方向與市場策略 3. 從設計到量產, 持續主導進行產品成本毛利改善 4. 與客戶與內部業務進行產品的介紹並提供pre-post sales 支援 5. 協助內部專案組織清楚了解產品目標(產品規格, 專案時程與成本). Responsibilities • Manage products through their entire lifecycle until product EOL • Collect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team • Co-work with sales force to develop commercial plans including positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, product specifications to accelerate business growth and achieve sales target. • Drive product cost improvement during design and manufacturing stages • Present product proposition materials to internal sales force as well as externally and provide pre/post-sales support. • Drive internal team to realize the product goal (features, timeline and cost).

1.Based at overseas operations sites (Mexico, US, etc.) to comprehensively manage EHS+ESG; 2.Develop and implement overseas sustainability strategies and management plans, ensuring alignment with the company‘s overall strategy; 3.Implement the Social Responsibility Code of Conduct and corporate commitments; 4.Work closely with headquarter to adapt EHS+ESG programs to local culture and regulations; 5.Analyze and manage overseas EHS+ESG risks and opportunities on a regular basis; 6.Establish communication channels with local stakeholders to promote regional sustainability projects. 7.Collaborate with regional headquarters during crisis events to ensure quick and effective solutions.

1.領導生產技術推進處，包括PCBA+TLA生產與測試技術，推進全球工廠的技術標準化與進步 2.負責SMT與整機組裝的生產技術與設備 3.解讀RFQ需求，規劃具備競爭力的生產流程與對應技術 4.提升生產品質與效率 5.新的生產技術導入

1. 定期拜訪客戶，建立與維繫長期合作關係，拓展市場版圖。 2. 負責報價、訂單處理及銷售流程管理，確保業務運作順暢並達成業績目標。 3. 與客戶進行價格、交期及規格等商務談判，並持續追蹤訂單進度與出貨狀況。 4.協助處理客戶產品問題與回饋，提升客戶滿意度，並配合執行主管交辦之相關專案與任務。

1. 負責Key Account 客戶管理，協助BD業務達成業績目標。 2. 產品報價，forecast，帳款回收，售後服務，專案庫存管理。 3. 擔任客戶與公司溝通的橋樑，即時反應客戶狀況，協助解決客戶問題。 4. 訂單管理，包括處理客戶訂單、監控訂單狀態和安排交貨。 5. 定期拜訪客戶及國外分公司， 且安排客戶拜訪行程。 6. 需配合客戶時區參與會議，確保溝通順暢。 •Manage Key Account customers and support business development in achieving sales targets. •Handle quotations, forecasts, accounts receivable, after-sales service, and inventory management. •Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. •Order management, tracking, and delivery coordination. •Oversea customers visits, and coordinate client visits. •Attend meetings across different time zones as needed.

Responsible for sustaining engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle from MP to EOL, ensuring product quality, supply continuity, and customer satisfaction. • Manage engineering changes and maintain product BOMs. • Drive second-source qualification and implementation. • Ensure material availability and production continuity. • Track and resolve quality, RMA, and failure analysis issues. • Validate new components/option and alternative parts. • Create and maintain CTO, SKU, Kit, and special-purpose BOMs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve product and manufacturing issues. • Support product lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
