This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Position: Capacity Planning Manager(Last Mile) What You Will Do: • You will be owning different workstreams working with 1P/3P carriers planning the needed capacity to fulfill our customers’ demand. • Planning: Daily and weekly planning with the carriers (1P and/or 3P) taking into considering last mile capacities, middle/first mile constraints and other factors. • TMS: Work on potential product improvements along with product/tech team including requirements gathering, testing with carriers, suggesting improvements. It includes communication with carriers and internal stakeholders. • Daily Operation: Work closely with FC, middle mile network and last mile network including 3PL carriers to deliver a strong customer experience to Coupang customers maintaining promised delivery dates above targets.
