1.製程改善，包括良率、品質、成本、機台及生產週期等 2.建立製程規範、規格及表單，並編寫技術訓練教材 3.監控試產及量產狀況(工程批/認證批) 4.異常處理及改善 5.制定並發行工程製造標準，進行新產品開發 6.協助製程專案與推行

1.調查並處理生產製程的異常狀況。 2.異常分析根本原因，設立矯正和預防措施。 3.跨部門溝通與協調。 4.負責SOP之撰寫與維護。 5.持續改善優化現有生產製程。 6.完成主管交辦事項。

此角色需與多單位協作支援整體運作，適合能在制度與流程中溝通協調、為系統穩定提供支持的人。 1.CZ-Tooling 準備，工程批下線，異常監控反應/處置 2.NPI-TRA-差異分析 3.規劃Qual. Plan，產出 Qual. report 4.規劃 PRU Plan 5.產出稽核資料及稽核AR處置

本職務隸屬於工程研發單位，專門負責研發專案及高階產品相關分析 1.提供客退及客訴品FA異常分析 2.廠內製程異常分析及改善實驗驗證 3.新產品品質驗證 4.整理FA相關報告，並提供資訊給廠內有關部門 5.參與跨部門品質會議 6.實驗室設備導入 7.需具備FA設備儀器使用經驗 (Microscope, Curve tracer, X-ray, TDR, Decapsulation, SEM, EDS, Section, Thermos 等)

Technical 1. Responsible for completion of process support and installation of Lam equipment at customer sites. This includes evaluation and documentation of process outputs of hardware modifications/upgrades to existing systems. 2.Setup and complete experiments, collect data and generate reports for both internal and external distribution. Will develop new processes for new applications at customer sites on existing Lam equipment. 3.Initiates escalations, quality investigations and PRs. Developing relationship with process engineers in other regions, especially those running like applications. 4. Performs application related Project Management, which includes -Plan, conduct and technically direct moderately complex projects. - Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendation for new and existing Lam equipment. 5.Work with senior engineers and customers to understand customer technology roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges. 6. Design and complete DOE evaluations to characterize process window for new installations or Lam recommended field hardware modifications/ upgrades. 6. Develop new processes for small variants to existing customer applications. 7. Present technical and marketing materials to a high standard. 8. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Customer Relation 1. Develop good customer relations during start-up and trouble-shooting; Work closely with customer to understand customer issues and demands 2.Professionally represent the company to the customer. 3.Utilize knowledge of company’s product lines and services to keep existing / potential customers informed when new/additional needs are identified. 4.
