The role operates according to on-site tempo and shift schedules—suited to individuals who reliably execute within stable processes and well-defined rules, steadily building professional value. 1.Verify parameters (incl. PPID upload) and validate post-value data against platform specs. 2.Execute DOE plans with parameter/jig changes and collect post-value data. 3.Check post-value data and benchmark against BKM. 4.Perform quality buy-off after machine modifications. 5.Analyze issues via DRB mapping and support root cause identification. 6.Support process enhancement and collect fan-out data for evaluation.

1.Monitor in-line process parameters, address abnormalities, and make disposition decisions on lots to ensure smooth production flow. 2.Assist in productivity and yield improvement projects through data analysis and process experiments. 3.Support the establishment and maintenance of key process parameters for semiconductor tools. 4.Evaluate new materials, tools, and methods to enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer (Customer) in our team, you will: • Handle customer complaints/ return/ improvement, follow-up the status and monitor the efficiency of progress. • Coordinate customer audits/ QA visits/ surveys and follow-up activities • Handle customer‘s request and the relevant indices of customer satisfaction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and customer requirements to drive product quality improvements

1.Work with cross-functional teams from Process Integration, Modelling, PDK, and Design Enablement to develop advanced BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technologies for 300mm fabrication. 2.Lead technical engagement with consumer and automotive customers to understand and define device requirements. 3.Generate BCD active and passive device P-cell layouts based on application specifications. 4.Collaborate with the Modelling team to develop accurate SPICE models. 5.Drive implementation of specialised device features into PDKs and ensure timely communication and technical validation with customers. 6.Enhance BCD device performance to meet evolving application needs.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer (Customer) in our team, you will: • Plan and implement the Abnormal Handling (ABS/PAR/IEAR/BPD) system, assisting the FAB reviewing process abnormalities establishing an early warning notification system, with the aim of reducing quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of system execution. • Plan and implement the MRB (Material Review Board), assisting the FAB reviewing waived products resulting from process abnormalities, in order to reduce quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of the system. • Plan and implement internal audits, assisting the FAB in identifying processes and systems with quality risks, and supervising the effectiveness of improvements to risk processes. Plan and implement the MSA (Measurement System Analysis) system, assisting the FAB in performing calibration and capability assessment of measuring instruments to ensure the reliability of measurement values and thus ensure product quality. • Implement the automotive service package, assisting the FAB in planning executable methods and systems, and auditing and supervising the execution process for automotive products.
