【TEAM INTRO】 The Consumer Industrial Design team continues to grow in support of the expanding needs of all consumer market segments. We are looking for talented designers/engineers to help us take on the additional projects and support the company growth. We need designers with the courage to explore new ideas and forms, combined with the ability to collaborate respectfully in a team. 【POSITION SUMMARY】 Develop and promote CMF (Color, Material, Finish) plans for plastic and elastomeric materials to support and complete Garmin product development process 【ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS】 a. Implement CMF plan and meet mechanical performance requirements through formulation design and optimization of molding parameters. b. Possess highly sensitive color judgment through visual assessment. c. Conduct on-site color matching and communicate effectively with designers and suppliers. d. Define key color specifications and product requirements. e. Collaborate with suppliers and track the progress of the CMF plan for each project. 【 EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED】 a. Minimum bachelor‘s degree in materials, chemistry, mechanical, or industrial design or equivalent. b. 4-6 years of CMF (Color, Material, Finish) experience in consumer products. c. Knowledge of various colorants, polymers, and molding parameters. d. Ability to conduct on-site color matching and communicate with designers/suppliers. e. Able to express ideas in English and collaborate with international talents. f. Proactive and supportive in project management

1.開發潛在客戶，拓展市場，以達成業績目標。 2.定期拜訪經銷客戶，維繫穩定客戶關係。 3.負責國內業務接洽及訂單處理。 4.負責產品報價及產品展示，並處理帳款回收相關事宜。 5.負責業務推展，傳達及說明公司各項業務重大訊息、活動及產品。 6.塑膠模具業務開發.估價.主管交待辦事項等

1. 進出貨協助與包裝出貨、產品清點及歸位等作業。 2. 倉儲商品儲位整理、庫存盤點作業。 3. 安排派車調度事宜。 4. ERP系統操作。 5. 具堆高機技術士證、有操作經驗者佳。 6. 其餘主管交辦事項。 ※ 可配合加班者佳(加班頻率需視狀況而定) ※ 本職務依應徵者工作資歷核定薪資

1.工程發包採購合約製作及管理 2.辦理工地估驗計價請款 3.協助供應商開發資料建檔及溝通談判 4.協助品號建立維護及商品詢價採購作業 5.定期追蹤交期、對帳請款及相關報表製作 6.主管交辦事項
