(1)產線測試 IT 基礎架構規劃與運維 •負責伺服器產線測試相關的 IT 基礎設施建設（機架電源、網路拓撲、資料庫、儲存與運算叢集）； •確保測試工站、測試伺服器、治具及測試工具與上層 MES、WMS 系統的穩定互聯。 (2)測試環境與系統整合 •搭建和維護產線測試平台，包括 Burn-in 測試、ORT、BIT、功能與相容性測試系統； •與研發團隊協作，快速導入新機型、新平台的測試流程。 (3)自動化與資料管理 •推動測試資料蒐集、清洗、儲存、分析全鏈路自動化，支援良率分析與品質追溯。 •優化產線測試流程，減少人工干預，實現「一鍵化測試執行」。 (4)穩定性與可用性保障 •建立測試基礎架構的高可用與備援機制，防止因設備/系統故障造成產線停線。 •建立監控與告警體系（測試設備狀態、網路頻寬、資料庫負載）。 (5)安全與合規 •保障產線測試資料的安全性與可追溯性 •符合客戶稽核及行業標準（如 ISO9001、IATF16949、資訊安全要求）。 (6)持續改進與優化 •推動測試資源使用率提升與能源消耗最佳化（液冷/風冷功耗監控、綠色測試） •分析量產良率、返修率資料，提出改進措施。

The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of various technology domains and a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable, and reliable system architectures across multiple product lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence. Responsibilities: • Design and develop comprehensive system architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements across diverse product lines. • Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define system requirements, evaluate technologies, and develop architectural roadmaps. • Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to assess the feasibility and viability of new technologies and solutions. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. • Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our systems. • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and services. • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and design patterns. • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. • Work with customers to understand their needs, and to produce optimal solutions. Qualifications: • Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in1 system architecture, software development, or related technical roles. • Extensive knowledge of server hardware architecture, cloud computing, virtualization, data center infrastructure, and network security. • Proven ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and high-performance systems. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience with a broad range of technologies. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and technologies. • Experience with embedded systems. • Experience with advanced cooling solutions. • Experience with PCIE Gen5, and CXL.
