【職務說明】 開發新一代 智慧機器人大腦（Robot Brain），以 世界模型（World Model） 為核心，結合多模態感知、任務推理與預測式決策，讓機器人具備「理解環境、預測行為、規劃任務與安全執行」的能力。 此職務將參與 機器人大腦核心模組研發，涵蓋感知、推理、決策與控制橋接，適合對 Physical AI / Agentic AI / Robotics AI 有熱情的工程師。 【工作內容】 1. 開發智慧機器人大腦核心架構（World Model / Decision Model / Task Reasoning） 2. 設計與實作多模態感知與情境理解模組（Vision / Depth / 空間資訊） 3. 負責大型語言模型（LLM）或多模態模型之開發與優化 4. 建立任務導向之推理與規劃流程（Task Decomposition / Trajectory Planning） 5. 發展預測式推論模型，進行行為模擬與風險評估 6. 結合數位雙生（Digital Twin）進行虛擬驗證與情境測試 7. 與控制、系統、硬體團隊協作，銜接低階控制與實體機器人 8. 撰寫技術文件，協助技術落地與系統整合 【必要條件（Must Have）】* 熟悉 Python，具備良好軟體工程基礎 * 熟悉深度學習架構（CNN / Transformer / 多模態模型） * 具備機器人或 AI 系統研發經驗（感知 / 推理 / 規劃 / 預測） * 熟悉 Linux 環境與模型訓練／推論流程 * 具備跨模組整合與系統思維能力

1. Responsible for schematics capture, layout checking , BOM generating, and debugging and testing of server mother boards/add-in cards/backplane / GPU products. 2.Collaborate with layout engineers, validation engineers, software engineers, firmware engineers, power engineers and other teams to discover and solve any issues of designs in early stage to ensure and enhance the quality of the products. 3.Accomplish the products to conform to engineering specifications , customer performance expectations. 4. Perform other duties as assigned.

(1)Responsible for automotive product development: part survey, schematics capture, layout checking, simulation, BOM generating, debugging and testing. (2)Responsible for automotive product development documents: DFMEA, PPAP…etc (3)Collaborate with layout engineers, validation engineers, software engineers, firmware engineers, power engineers and other teams to discover and solve any issues of designs in early stage to ensure and enhance the quality of the products. (4)Accomplish the products to conform to engineering specifications, customer performance expectations. Understand the vehicle certification/regulations/customer testing requirements. (5)Understand the factory production process and testing methods.

Logic design, board design, overlook board layout and design verification.

1.Role as system lead to lead function team 2.Leadership skills for driving cross functional groups, demonstrates problem solving capability and drive for results. 3.Good communication and presentation skills to customer.

Role/Job Name: Server Product Planning Management / Server System Architect 1. Early Engagement and POC(Proof of Concept) with customers. 2. Key components survey and industrial technology study. 3. Cross-function collaboration to generate proposal based on Customer’s RFP/RFQ. 4. Provide total solution for customers by integrate key partners solutions. 5. Work with team as system lead(SL) from design proposal to early design stage. 6. 3 years of Server EE/ME background is preferred. Be familar with Server system. 7. Positive, proactive, optimistic, outgoing and willing to take any challenge.

Logic design, Server Motherboard design, overlook board layout and design verification.

1.Take the initiative to communicate with customers and develop a clear product design direction. 2.Lead function team to come out a practical proposal to the customer in concept and plan phase. 3.Responsible for integrating and managing server system specifications. 4.Support development team in new technology and feature definition and criteria. 5.Critical issue clarify and debug support.
