Essential Job Functions ‧Locate in Southern part of Germany (Frankfurt to Stuttgart, or Stuttgart to Munich) ‧Provide pre-sales and post-sales support. ‧Understand customer requirements, and deliver technical presentations, reports, documents and technology demonstrations. ‧Support customer product development and design. ‧Support customer issue analysis and resolve. ‧On-site support for debug or certification test. ‧Cross-functional collaboration with Realtek internal resources. 3. 1. 建立測試環境，撰寫、維護、改善測試程式。 2. 問題追蹤處理，測試計畫與測試報告撰寫，研讀規範與Data sheet。 3. 分析測試資料、釐清問題、提出改善建議，並撰寫測試報告。 4. 維護相關測試設備。 5. 測試與驗證客戶的問題。

•派駐海外，負責NPI項目之失效分析(Failure Analysis)，偕同工廠協助解決技術問題，負責產品為Router / Switch等 •定期報告當地工作情況 •完成上級安排的其它工作
