Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for driving business success through smart IT operations? We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure our technology runs like clockwork—supporting business continuity, innovation, and growth.
What You‘ll Do
As our IT Manager, you‘ll be the backbone of our IT operations, ensuring all systems and applications run smoothly across the organization. You’ll lead a talented team of 3, align IT strategies with business goals, and deliver solutions that make a real impact.
Your mission:
• Oversee and optimize daily IT operations to ensure seamless application performance.
• Implement IT policies and standards in line with global and regional guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team while managing vendor relationships.
• Provide technical support and training to users across departments.
• Plan and execute IT budgets, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Safeguard data, networks, and backup systems with robust security practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver tech solutions that drive value.
Your ideal Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years overall IT experience, of which at least 3 years in a leadership role. MNC environment will be prioritized.
• Knowledge of ERP is necessary and is capable of supporting the business functions such as finance, supply chain, sales and is able to optimize existing processes with the support from process owners.
• Proven experience managing IT operations in retail, with strong exposure to POS (e.g. Cegid) and eCommerce platforms (e.g. 91App, Salesforce Commerce Cloud etc)
• In-depth experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing technologies.
• Solid experience in agile project management and daily IT operation support.
