負責伺服器產品之機械結構設計與系統整合，涵蓋機構設計、材料與製程選擇、組裝與可製造性（DFM/DFA）、可靠度驗證與量產導入。需與 Electrical、Thermal、SI、Manufacturing、Quality 與供應商密切合作，確保產品在結構強度、散熱配合、安規、維修性與量產一致性上符合規範與客戶需求。

負責伺服器整機（1U/2U/4U、Storage、GPU/AI Server）之結構強度、剛性與耐久可靠度分析，運用 CAE/FEA 模擬與實驗驗證，評估並改善產品在運輸、組裝、安裝與使用情境下的結構風險（變形、應力集中、螺絲/扣件鬆脫、焊點/鉚接失效、共振等），支援 NPI 各階段（EVT/DVT/PVT）到量產導入與客訴改善。

1.大學 (環工、機電或化工相關科系) 以上學歷。 2.一年以上顧問機構工作經驗，且須為監督管理焚化廠或固化廠之相關工作經驗。

1.Responsible for the design, R&D, and verification of robot structures and transmission systems, particularly for robotic arms, end-effectors, and joint modules. 2.Assist the department head in the mechanical design and validation of robots (including arms, AMRs, and main body structures). Perform mechanical configuration, component selection, modeling, and 2D/3D drawing creation based on product requirements. 3.Support dynamic simulation and inverse kinematics analysis to assist control and software teams in performance optimization. 4.Participate in prototype fabrication, machining and supplier communication, assembly, and testing; provide design improvement recommendations. 5.Conduct innovative design and implementation of new materials and mechanical structures based on technological development directions.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and execute test plans on vehicles, test benches, or simulation environments. • Install and configure data logging equipment and sensors (e.g., cameras, LiDAR, radar, IMU, GPS, CAN loggers). • Conduct real-world and controlled environment driving sessions for data collection. • Verify and validate data quality, ensuring synchronization and integrity across all sensors. • Support engineers by capturing datasets required for algorithm development, calibration, and validation. • Maintain test vehicles and equipment, including firmware updates and calibration of sensors. • Document test procedures, data collection logs, and findings in a structured format. • Collaborate with engineering and software teams to define data needs and improve collection strategies. • Adhere to safety standards and procedures during all test activities. • Create test cases traced to the system functionality requirements and to the system architecture. • Create the test environment (bench and vehicle) and perform the tests according to the test requirements (including equipping the vehicle with various sensors and tools)
