We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our Strategic Marketing and Planning Team as a Strategic Operations Planning Engineer. This role plays a pivotal role in optimizing the company‘s resource allocation to achieve our strategic goals. You will collaborate across departments to analyze resource needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to propel the company towards optimal business operations. Responsibilities: - Strategic Resource Planning: Analyze capital expenditure (CapEx) requests, considering financial viability, alignment with strategic objectives, and impact on business operations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments (e.g., engineering, operations, finance) to gain insights into resource requirements and identify areas for optimization. - Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to assess resource utilization, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations for resource allocation. - Project Management: Support strategic project assignments by providing resource planning expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure project success. - Communication & Reporting: Clearly communicate complex resource planning data and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: - Master‘s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related Engineer field. - Understanding of the electronics and semiconductor industry. - Experience in resource planning, project management, or a related field (preferred). - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin. - Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.

【工作內容】 1、負責核心產品的版本設計和路線規劃，與數據開發、數據治理、業務部門緊密合作，挖掘大數據價值，形成可落地產品。 2、完成需求調研、產品方案設計並推動產品上線，能夠將需求轉化為高品質的產品設計或解決方案。 3、關注業界產品動態，為產品叠代提供更高效、更完善的產品支持分析決策。 4、負責相關產品功能叠代，對產品進行生命周期管理，跟進設計、開發、測試、上線、運營全過程。 5、獨立撰寫產品文檔並進行推廣。 【具備條件】 1、大學以上學歷，2年以上產品相關工作經驗，計算機、軟體工程、數學相關專業優先。 2、有一定的大數據開發、數據治理、數倉相關經驗，有自己的理解，能獨立完成大數據解決方案，並推動開發落地。 3、至少獨立負責過一個產品的完整產品設計，具備出色的產品設計規劃能力。 4、至少熟練掌握一款互聯網產品設計相關軟體。 5、具備良好的推動及執行能力，能夠獨立規劃及推進數據產品工作落地，並能夠站在業務視角審視、發現並快速解決問題。 6、對新事物有一定好奇心，抗壓能力、溝通表達強，具備良好的邏輯分析，樂於面臨挑戰。
