Job Description : 1. Work closely with project team, review project-related permit, official correspondence and regulatory documents for accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness. 2. Provide legal analysis and advice for interdisciplinary teams on project permitting and development, construction, corporate governance and compliance issues. 3. Identify, research, develop, and analyze company policies, regulatory changes, compliance requirements, court decisions, and general legal and risk management issues related to the company‘s Taiwan operations. 4. Scrutinize project and payment related documents for internal approval process. 5. Team up and cooperate with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers, and contractors. 6. Coordinate with external legal counsels and support project development 7. Review and revise a wide range of contracts (majority in English) such as employment, lease, EPC, development, finance, share transfer, supply and various services agreements, as well as other legal documents that arise from the day-to-day operation of the business. 8. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Legal Officer.

Job Responsibilities • Work closely with circuit designers to complete the physical layout and its verification across different country. ‒ Receive a schematic from an Analog IC Designer and use a CAD tool to graphically design the layers of that schematic. ‒ Use problem solving & strong communication skills, , experience, and creativity to layout circuits that meet size, schedule, and performance specifications. • Run physical design verification tools to debug, improve, and verify layout blocks. Job Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3~5 years layout experience. ‒ Including at 1~2 years in FINFET process node. 5nm/3nm is preferable. • Or 5+ years experience in IC layout design, especially ≥2 years in FINFET process node. 5nm/3nm is preferable. • Full-custom circuit layout/verification. Experience in one or more of the following area is preferable. ‒ Mixed signal/analog/high speed layout, e.g. SerDes, ADC/DAC, PLL, etc. • Familiar with Cadence Virtuoso environment and various industry physical verification tools (DRC,LVS, etc). ‒ Proficient at debugging/fixing LVS/DRC errors. • Experience with EMIR analysis, ESD, antenna and related layout solutions. • Must have strong communication skills and be a team player. • Ability to work independently & Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement opportunities in the flow, layout techniques, and design methodologies. • Each project can last from a couple months to a year and a half. • You will likely work on just one project in that time, but may be asked to switch to something else if priorities change. Your flexibility is appreciated. • Fluent in English is a plus.

1. Active intake monitoring of all communication channels (phone, email, fax etc.). Accurate response for consumer and healthcare providers’ inquiry in English. 2. Record every case in the system and accurately classify the cases. 3. According to the workflow, submit the case to related unit, track it and co-ordinate with different departments to ensure the case is completed on time. 4. Documentation and prepare daily/weekly report. 5. Join related training and KPI assessment, familiar with product and medical devices and improve medical expertise. 6. Complete other assignments from reporting manager. 7. Work in the client‘s office in Taipei. According to the project requirement, can accept shifts on weekends and holiday.
