1.第一年於台灣受訓，需要出差培訓，未來規劃長駐墨西哥英業達工廠。 2.將視為儲備幹部，培養為具備全球視野及跨文化溝通能力的未來領導人才。 3.客戶與工廠的interface角色， 以及墨西哥廠跟總部的interface角色。 4.涉及overall訂單管理，庫存管理，B/S 買料，安排生產，流程工作優化，人才培養，客戶滿意。 5.工廠管理跨部門溝通協調。 6.有leadership/ownership, 工作積極、負責細心、責任心強、性格開朗外向，有靈活的思考和應變能力，具備良好的抗壓性。 7.支援上級交付之任務
