【職責說明】
協助德國知名運動品牌,結合運動、時尚與創新科技,於電商平台提供消費者高品質的產品與優質的購物體驗。
【工作內容】
1. 負責品牌於主要電商平台(Shopee/momo/Yahoo)之電子商務營運與銷售成長。
2. 規劃與執行電商業務策略,包含商品組合、促銷活動、檔期規劃與站內陳列,提升零售品牌於平台之銷售表現。
3. 透過數據分析,持續優化電商平台流量、轉換率(CVR)與消費者購物體驗。
4. 規劃與管理數位媒體投放(RMN、Meta、Google Ads),提升品牌曝光與投資報酬率(ROI)。
5. 負責電商平台品牌旗艦店之內容與視覺管理,確保符合運動品牌形象與全球品牌規範。
6. 作為電商平台合作夥伴之主要窗口,進行活動溝通、資源協調與關係經營。
7. 製作並分析每週/每月電子商務營運與銷售報告,提出具體優化建議。
8. 與第三方營運夥伴及內部團隊協作,確保電商業務、客服與物流流程順暢。
【專業技能】
1. 具備數據分析與報表製作能力
2. 熟練 Excel(VLOOKUP、樞紐分析等)與 PowerPoint
3. 具備基本數位行銷概念(媒體投放、流量成效分析)
4. 熟悉電商平台營運邏輯與站內銷售操作,有運動用品/時尚/FMCG/電商代理商或平台公司經驗加分

【Purpose & Overall Relevance】
• As part of the adidas Platform eCommerce team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth for designated platforms (Shopee/momo/Yahoo). Your mission is to deliver an integrated, premium consumer journey that ensures a seamless brand experience from discovery to conversion.
【Key Responsibilities】
Commercial Performance & Optimization
• Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and KPIs via effective product assortment, promotion scheme, site merchandising and media mix.
• Conversion Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve store traffic and conversion rates (CVR) through data-driven insights.
• Media Management: Manage media mix (RMN, Meta, Google Ads) to drive high-quality traffic while optimizing ROI.
【Store Management & Merchandising】
• Site Merchandising: Manage Marketplace flagship store site merchandising, developing brand/product content aligned with brand guideline with creative agency and platform partners for the best consumer journey and conversion to sales.
【Partnership & Operations】
• Platform Relations: Act as the key contact for platform partners regarding event planning, traffic management, and relationship building.
• Reporting: Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly business reviews to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Third-Party (TP) partners to ensure high-quality execution across platform operation, customer service, and logistics.
【Key Relationships】
• Internal: Brand Activation, Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
• External: Platform partners, Operational Partners (TP) and creative agencies
【Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities】
• eCommerce Marketplace experience and know-how, experience in retail is a plus.
• Online merchandising knowledge and specific experience in digital strategy and execution.
• Basic knowledge of sporting goods

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and PowerPoint skills

【Requisite Education and Experience】
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of eCommerce experience, preferably within Sporting Goods/FMCG/Fashion, eCom agency, or platform companies
