職務內容: - Participates in the assessment of health care needs of individual team members as well as population based needs assessments by departments directed toward the promotion, protection, and restoration of health within the context of a safe and healthy work environment. - Participates in the consultation, education, interpretation and implementation of all state, federal, and OHS regulations and guidelines governing worker health and safety. - Participates in the collaboration of physicians, manufacturing managers, safety and other appropriate colleagues to identify and problem-solve medical/health concerns, safety and hazardous conditions, and return to work programs. - Job functions include but are not limited to: OSHA required health surveillance programs, case management and worker‘s compensation management, health education and promotion, and ergonomic evaluations. - Provides input into program specific policies and procedures. - Participates in the preparation of statistical review, analysis, and reporting to management or program lead on above stated programs.

1. 提供臨床醫療服務，包括：傷病護理、現場醫療緊急狀況回應。 2. 負責員工健康檢查、報告分析、特殊案件管理及紀錄保存。 3. 推動提升健康成果，包括降低人口健康風險、管理並消除職場健康風險。 4. 提供一般健康教育、輔導及服務。  5. 管理急救室及護理室。 6. 與全球健康團隊其他成員及人力資源、安全與管理夥伴合作，鼓勵整合團隊合作，促進員工健康與福祉 7. 溝通並處理日常醫療相關個案（例如適任評估、醫療諮詢、個案轉介、醫療緊急應變與急救、護理室支援等） 8. 負責殘障及醫療缺勤管理 9. 依分配負責給付管理及其他雜項事務 • Provides clinical healthcare services including: Nursing care for injuries & illnesses, responding to onsite medical emergencies. • Responsible for employee health check, report analysis, special case management and recordkeeping. • Drives increased health outcomes including reducing population health risks, managing and eliminating workplace health risks and supporting improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and well-being. • Provides general health education, coaching and services. • Management of First-Aid Room and Nursing Room. • Partners with other members of the Global Health team as well as Human Resources, Safety and management partners to encourage an integrated team approach to promote employee health and wellness • Communicate and deal with day to day medical related cases (e.g. fitness for duty assessment, medical consultation, case referral, medical emergency response and first aid treatment, nursing room support etc.) • Take charge of disability and medical absence management • Benefits administration support and other miscellaneous issues as assigned 工作時間：9:00~18:00 日班 休假：周休二日 ＊需具證照：護理師、勞工健康服務護理人員 ＊英文程度中等（可以製作並使用英文簡報） ＊本職缺為派遣工作，一年一簽，長期需求，根據工作狀況續約
