1. 參與員工個人及部門層級的健康需求評估，促進、保護與恢復員工健康 2. 協助解讀、教育與執行各項州法、聯邦法及職業安全衛生（OSHA／OHS）相關法規與指引 3. 與醫師、製造部門主管、安全人員及其他相關同仁合作，共同解決醫療、健康、安全與危害暴露問題 4. 參與復工（Return to Work）計畫與相關健康管理 5. 執行並管理以下項目： - OSHA 規定之健康監測計畫 - 個案管理與勞工補償（Worker’s Compensation）管理 - 健康教育與健康促進活動 - 人體工學評估（Ergonomic Evaluation） - 提供專案相關政策與流程的建議與意見 - 參與數據蒐集、統計分析與報告撰寫，向管理階層或專案負責人回報成果
