We are looking for an Engineering Business Analyst who plays a critical role in bridging product concepts and technical implementation. This role is to ensure that business ideas are translated into clear, complete, and implementable requirements. Hands-on experience in defining requirements for mobile apps, web systems, or software products 4. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into structured requirements 5. Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies 6. Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence 7. Strong communication skills with ability to work across cross-functional and global teams 8. Fluent in English, able to independently facilitate meetings and discussions 9. Design, manage and operate MIS & data analytics to support business operation Support new business initiatives through use of data analytics to develop and propose business strategies Collaborate widely with other stakeholders in the Bank in key digital and data initiatives. Work in close collaboration with the product, segment, and CBG Operation team to : • Support new Business initiatives & proposals for incorporation into product programs • Engage Business partners in regular ritual and identify risks/ opportunities and recommend relevant actions • Participate in digital initiatives and drive continuous improvements in analytics capabilities using both traditional and non-traditional data as well as enhancements in the use of business analytics tools. • Support platform conversion initiative; involve in code translation from SAS to Python.

1.施作項目之協調及整合:邀集各方協調解決。 2.工程審查及複核：含監造計畫、施工計畫及分項施工計畫…等。 3.工程督導及稽核：含督導施工品質管理工作、工地安全衛生、施工進度之查核等。 4.需處理各項工程許可及證照文件並完成申獲管制期程、專案管理成果報告…等。 5.業主權益有重大影響事項時，應即時提出特別或預警報告。施工品質缺失嚴重者，通知及 管制監造廠商督促施工廠商限期改正，並追究監造不實及施工品質不良之責任。 6.按月提出管理工作月報表。 7.處理業主授權之其他有關工程事務及協調事宜。 8.專業技術協調會(屬週會性質)：主持會議，會後作成會議紀錄，於會議後3日曆天內送業主備查，並應視需要時加開專業技術協調會。 9.工地觀摩、督導、查核、評鑑：協助業主辦理工地觀摩、督導、查核，負責工地簡報、解說、資料準備，並製作紀錄，於結束後3日曆天內送業主備查。
