Understand the work processes of various sales and other operations functions, including frontline and back office. 2. Track sales rep performance metrics, analyze data to provide insights. 3. Identify key issues and opportunities of Sales Operation, initiate action plans and follow through. 4. Cross functional communication for strategy implementation. 5.
