    依據原住⺠族委員會113年-114年度原住⺠族社會安全發展計畫-僱⽤原住⺠就業服務⼈員計畫徵才 1、本會設定之績效⽬標值及⼯作項⽬。 2、搜集⼯作責任區內之失業⼈⼝,即時將求才、求職、追蹤資料登入本會原住⺠⼈⼒資源網,及加強個案管理,詳實登載求職者個案追蹤輔導紀錄、廠商拜訪記錄、職業訓練之推介、陪同求職者⾯試及登錄本會就業服務系統、原住⺠族⼈⼒資源網等⼯作。 3、應於每⽇登打⼯作⽇誌,並於每週四前登打完成隔週之⼯作⾏事曆。 4、接聽原住⺠免付費就業服務專線0800-066995,提供電話諮詢服務,就求職者需求,進⾏電話諮商,協助評估、轉介、提供充分訊息及建議,並作成紀錄。 5、依政府機關(構)、學校及⺠營事業單位需求,推介合適條件資格之失業原住⺠就業或參加職業訓練。 6、積極與⺠營事業單位及勞動部勞動⼒發展署職業訓練、就業服務等單位溝通聯繫,建請提供原住⺠適性⼯作職缺或合適之職業訓練。 7、積極培植在地潛⼒產業所需⼈才,提供求職者及欲轉業之原住⺠⾃我提升之適性⼯作機會及訓練課程。 8、規劃推動轄區⾼中職、⼤專院校原住⺠青年職涯活動及就業追蹤輔導。 9、提供原住⺠適性⼯作機會及職業訓練職類資訊。 10、整合公部⾨和私部⾨各項資源,辦理促進在地就業計畫、就業相關宣導、就業服務宣傳等⼯作。 11、教導原住⺠求職者⾯試或就業應有之⼯作態度、⼯作倫理及職場觀念等,並視需要陪同原住⺠求職者前往⾯試,或參與促進就業相關活動。 12、定期追蹤已安置就業者之⼯作情形及尚未安置者失業救助之情形。 13、協助宣導政府各項福利措施。 14、於107年度起,開始規劃培育現職就業服務專員增強社會⼯作專業能⼒,按「原住⺠族委員會培育原住⺠社會⼯作專⼈⼒獎勵要點」之規定修習相關學分,並⿎勵就業服務專員積極增強⾃⾝專業能⼒。 15、其他本會交辦有關原住⺠服務等事宜及臨時交辦事項,並提供即時服務,接受本會監督管理。
