About the Role We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team. This role is critical in building strong talent pipelines and supporting dynamic hiring needs across multiple functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can pivot quickly between different job families, and partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver top talent. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building o Identify, engage, and qualify candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). o Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs across diverse roles. • Flexible Support Across Functions o Shift focus between different job families (e.g., technical, non-technical, corporate roles) based on business priorities. o Collaborate with recruiters to understand changing requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly. • Market Intelligence & Strategy o Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive landscape. o Recommend creative sourcing approaches to attract passive candidates. • Candidate Experience & Engagement o Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates. o Represent the company’s brand professionally and consistently.

Position Summary: • Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree • 0~2+ years of relevant work experience within HR or Talent Acquisition function • Experience in the APAC region Job Description: This role plays a crucial part in the candidate care lifecycle and will report to the Talent Acquisition, Lead/ Manager. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: • Support Human Resources Team by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews. This includes setting up in-person interviews and the coordination of travel arrangements when needed. • Communicate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates for alignment of schedules. • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to the Candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers involved in the interview process. • Manage and track the scheduling process in our applicant tracking system. • Communicate important interview information leading up to and on the day of the interview. • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, interview teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and other necessary groups. • Work closely with other scheduling team members in coordinating onsite interviews during high volume periods. • Perform administrative duties as required to support the Human Resources team. • Participating in weekend drives for support. • Openness to work in shifts • Other responsibilities as needed.
