About the Role: The key focus will be on technical/business support, operation management, and education. This role needs to deal extensively and work closely with account delivery teams. Putting best practices in place What this job involves: 1. Ensure a close connection with site delivery teams and provide technical advice and guidance for service delivery teams across Taiwan. a. Provide technical training to all staff, to keep the capabilities of our staff to the required level for their facilities and scope of work. b. Provide technical support to local teams on critical equipment maintenance and incident management. c. Review technical documents, service contracts, change requests, and other engineering work documentation to meet clients’ requirements. *與各現場交付團隊緊密合作，並為各區域的服務交付團隊提供技術建議和指導，具體包括： a. 向現場員工提供技術培訓，確保員工專業能力與所負責設施和工作範圍內的品質。 b. 為現場團隊提供技術支援，包括設備維護和事件管理方面，確保設施運作良好並能及時應對各種狀況。 c. 審查技術文件、服務合約、變更請求和其他工程工作文件。 2. Manage the technical scope of transitions of new business and contracts: a. Carry out due diligence on all new critical sites. b. Take charge of planning and managing both engineering and operational budgets and sub-contracts on a needed base. c. Provide the transition work for the critical site including site condition assessment and risk register and ensures the Site Field Manual (incl SOP/EOP) is in place at go-live. d. Ensures all risks are identified and have a risk management plan in place to minimize any interruption to operations. c. Ensure Mechanical & Electrical Contractors deliver work practices in line with the manufacturer‘s recommendations. c. Overseeing small renovation projects from initial phases to completion.
