負責實驗室Layout規劃、購買設備、設備維護和保養、新產品先期品質規劃管理、實驗室管理。 01.新產品研發過程控制監督實驗室管理 02.新產品競標的測試報價資料準備、審查與對應。 03.課內品質記錄統計、分析和審核。 04.品質工程師工作執行之指導和考核。 05新產品開發項目APQP品質過程執行及PPAP文件對應。 06.EMC委外試驗申請及EMC測試報告審核。 07.E-MARK 申請及認證。 08.NCC認證業務統籌。 09.實驗室管理、購買設備、設備維護和保養。 10.年度預算提出檢討與執行。 11.人員教育訓練規劃 12.指導課內部屬人員完成相關工作完成。 13.主管交辦相關事項。 14.熟悉管制計劃及設備MSA量測系統分析及製程能力分析SPC 15.熟悉QC七大手法及8D Report工具應用 16.熟悉IATF稽核要求 17.良好的溝通能力、會議協調能力、任務執行力並有獨立解決問題的能力 18.熟悉各類型材料供應商評估及品質稽核作業，推動供應商持續改善 19.其他主管交辦事項

1. 負責印度廠採購單位，有效執行採購作業並達成部門績效。 2. 負責所有雜項(直材以外)的採購需求，包含新廠房裝修工程、生產設備(SMT, 組裝線)、當地所有部門的零雜、維修、 耗材等採買需求。 2.1配合需求單位對供應商評估交流方案 2.2詢比議價, 整體成本商務條件議定 2.3審核採購合約與驗收付款 3. 配合集團策略開發當地供應商(直材)，進行合格供應商管理，量產材料核價與試產物料跟進等相關流程。 4. 支援RD開發物料需求，協助PMC物料異常處理。 5. 前期外派印度, 後續回台灣後改以長期出差印度。
