1. Baseband Hardware Design & Schematic Capture Design and own baseband circuits, including schematic capture, component selection, BOM maintenance, and multi-layer PCB stack-up definition. 2. PCB Layout Review & Design Guidance Guide layout engineers and perform detailed layout reviews to meet high-speed signal integrity (SI), power delivery network (PDN), and impedance control requirements. 3. Power Consumption & PDN Performance Tuning Conduct power domain analysis, power rail ripple measurement, and PDN/LDO optimization to improve overall system power consumption and stability. 4. System Integration, Board Bring-up & Debugging Execute board bring-up, baseband signal verification, and system-level performance testing; perform root-cause analysis for hardware bugs and drive technical issues to resolution. 5. Certification & Manufacturing Support Assist with regulatory/compliance certifications (e.g., FCC/CE) and support NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production line issues.

針對電子廠SMT、DIP製程所須的輔助治具，因應客戶端提供的PCB版實版或gerber大小須求, 設計繪圖，透過電腦操作，下路徑條件給傳送到CNC機台銑製.

負責LF package, WB BGA package, FC BGA package 以及第三代功率半導體封裝的後段製程 Mold, Trim, Form 和SMT 製程之以下事項 1.)NPI. 2.)製程開發. 3.)製程整合. 4.)製程良率改善. 5.)品質改善(SPC, FDC, FMEA, QCP, OCAP, SOP 等). 6.)Cost down. 7.)設備utilization 改善. 8.)PM System. 9.)量產製程及設備規範修訂. 10.)其他配合公司客戶要求改善事項

1. 負責 SMT / AOI設備 自動化生產線生產與試產安排，執行生產稼動管理與品質監控、輪班作業人員帶線管理與教育訓練。 2. 生產異常處理及專案與製程改善執行。

SMT (PCBA) 1. Oversee QA operations, including inspections, supplier management, root cause analysis, and product reliability. 2. Develop and maintain quality management systems, including training programs. 3. Lead internal audits and external certifications (such as ISO, SPC...etc) for compliance with industry standards. 4. Drive quality improvement initiatives and manage customer complaints with preventive measures. 5. Engage clients through regular quality meetings and action plans. 6. Lead and develop the QA team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. 7. Performs other related duties as assigned.

1. Order fulfillment management (Forecast, MPS, DPS, Sales order and shipment on time delivery) 2. Capacity planning (Production line readiness preparation) 3. SMT (PCBA) 1. SMT line set up and bring up on time in order to fulfill milestone schedule. 2. Ensure all SMT related equipments (Fuji/ASM/Reflow/Router/WS/Pressfit...etc) operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE 3. Assist new equipment and automation to be introduced into production. 4. Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime. 5. Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance 6. Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals 7. Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets 8. Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency 9. Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents. 10. Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management 11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
