Test-TPM（測試工程師） 任職要求： ①本科/碩士學歷 電子電氣工程或電腦科學相關專業。 ②具備5年以上電子/智能製造硬體測試工程師或產線測試專案管理經驗。 ③具備3C產品（手機/筆電/智能穿戴/耳機/Camera)等產品硬體試試、系統測試及故障分析經驗。 ④ 熟悉產品從SMT 到裝配、測試、出庫貫穿整個FATP）的測試流程； ⑤熟悉測試夾具設計及驗證，提高測試良率，對提升測試UPH有實際的專案經驗。 ⑥具備良好的工程團隊合作及與國際 OEM 廠商協作的經驗。 ⑦英文聽說讀寫熟練（有簡單或基本的越南語經驗優先）

SMT (PCBA) 1. SMT line set up and bring up on time in order to fulfill milestone schedule. 2. Ensure all SMT related equipments (Fuji/ASM/Reflow/Router/WS/Pressfit...etc) operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE 3. Assist new equipment and automation to be introduced into production. 4. Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime. 5. Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance 6. Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals 7. Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets 8. Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency 9. Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents. 10. Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management 11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

SMT (PCBA) 1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation for test related issues (capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc) 2. ICT, BFT fixture development, test script coding and test plan development 3. Set up and optimize the testing station/process for NPI and mass production 4. SOP standard document creation & production line staff training 5. Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the testing issue troubleshooting 6. Assist the production department and quality department in improving the testing yield rate. 7. Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes of testing related issues 8. Improvement of testing production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings. 9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
