We expect the candidate is fluent in English, with mature communication and teamwork skill for better efficiency. Your mission: • Demonstrate your expertise for trouble shooting and design mechatronic system per DSC lithography product roadmap. • Possess strong DOE ability for system error analysis and execute test plan. • Involved in NPI project to MFG team for new system, feature and technology. Perform trouble shooting, technical support and process improvements to fulfill the goal of production output. • Involved in CIP and maintenance project for mature product. • Initiate and validate engineering changes and familiar with ERP system for document management. • Strong mindset and experience of risk assessment, cost evaluation and cross function cooperation. Business travel requirement: • Less than 2 month a year.

散熱設計與系統規劃 • 負責 Laptop、Panel PC、Nvidia series 等產品散熱設計評估與風險分析。 • 進行 CPU/GPU 等熱源管理與 Thermal Solution 規劃。 • 設計與開發 Heat Pipe、Vapor Chamber、散熱片、風扇模組等散熱方案。 熱模擬與分析 • 執行 CFD / Thermal Simulation 熱流模擬分析，優化系統散熱效能。 • 建立熱源模型、網格設定及模擬分析，並使用 Flotherm、SolidWorks Flow Simulation、ANSYS Fluent 等工具驗證。 • 比對模擬與實測結果，提高熱分析準確度。 Thermal Validation 與測試驗證 • 規劃及執行產品溫升、風洞、背壓、高溫環境等散熱驗證測試。 • 進行 IR 熱影像、Airflow 分析與測試數據整理。 • 確認產品符合客戶需求與散熱規格。 Thermal Issue Debug 與改善 • 分析並解決散熱問題。 • 根據模擬與量測結果提出改善方案，提升產品散熱性能。 散熱技術開發 • 研究與導入先進散熱技術，如 Liquid Cooling、新材料散熱方案。 • 建立散熱設計規範、資料庫及開發流程。 跨部門協作 • 與機構、電子、軟體、製造協同合作，推動產品開發與問題改善。 • 提供熱模擬結果與驗證數據，支援設計決策與產品導入。
