目前我們公司協助支援香港西井科技（Westwell Technology）在台灣地區之 FAE（Field Application Engineer，現場應用工程師）人才招募工作。西井科技專注於自動駕駛與智慧物流場域解決方案，包含自動駕駛重卡、港區與物流園區智慧調度系統等，服務對象涵蓋港口、物流園區及大型工業場域客戶。 本次招募主要目的為配合西井科技於台灣之自動駕駛專案需求，建立在地化技術支援團隊。 FAE 將作為現場關鍵技術角色，負責設備部署、系統調試、問題排查及日常運維支援，確保項目穩定推進與交付品質。 –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– 工作內容： 1. 依據標準作業流程，於 Linux 環境下執行自動駕駛車輛之日常運維工作與系統問題排查，包含系統 Log 蒐集、分析與初步故障定位。 2. 進行自動駕駛相關感測器（包含但不限於 LiDAR、GNSS、攝影機等）之安裝、標定與功能檢查，確保感測數據品質與系統穩定性。 3. 使用 Jira 等缺陷追蹤與專案管理工具，完整記錄、追蹤與回報現場發現之問題，並與後端研發團隊協作推進問題修復。 4. 透過車隊管理系統（Fleet Management System）監控車輛及邊緣設備運行狀態，包含連線品質、任務執行狀況與異常告警，必要時即時進行處置或上報。 5. 依據測試案例與測試計畫，執行自動駕駛功能測試、迴歸測試與系統驗證，負責規劃現場測試流程、安排測試資源並彙整與撰寫測試報告。 6. 撰寫、執行或修改 Python 腳本，用於現場數據蒐集、Log 解析、測試自動化及問題排查支援，提升測試與維運效率。 7. 於測試與日常運行期間，系統性紀錄現場異常、事件與 KPI 指標（如任務完成率、車輛可用率等），針對異常狀況進行初步分析並提出改善建議。 8. 負責自動駕駛車輛（AT 車輛）之現場調試與運行支持，包括軟體版本更新、參數調整、路測驗證及與作業單位協調車輛排程。 9. 進行自動駕駛硬體設備（如各式感測器、車載電腦、網路交換器與通訊模組等）的安裝、佈線、組態設定與基本功能測試，確保系統整體穩定運作。 歡迎對自動駕駛與智慧物流領域有興趣、具備程式與系統基礎的您加入我們，成為推動前沿技術落地的重要一員。若您期望在實際場域中與自動駕駛車輛及完整系統緊密合作，歡迎立即投遞履歷，我們期待您的加入，一同參與自動駕駛技術在台灣的導入與發展。
