散熱設計與系統規劃 • 負責 Laptop、Panel PC、Nvidia series 等產品散熱設計評估與風險分析。 • 進行 CPU/GPU 等熱源管理與 Thermal Solution 規劃。 • 設計與開發 Heat Pipe、Vapor Chamber、散熱片、風扇模組等散熱方案。 熱模擬與分析 • 執行 CFD / Thermal Simulation 熱流模擬分析，優化系統散熱效能。 • 建立熱源模型、網格設定及模擬分析，並使用 Flotherm、SolidWorks Flow Simulation、ANSYS Fluent 等工具驗證。 • 比對模擬與實測結果，提高熱分析準確度。 Thermal Validation 與測試驗證 • 規劃及執行產品溫升、風洞、背壓、高溫環境等散熱驗證測試。 • 進行 IR 熱影像、Airflow 分析與測試數據整理。 • 確認產品符合客戶需求與散熱規格。 Thermal Issue Debug 與改善 • 分析並解決散熱問題。 • 根據模擬與量測結果提出改善方案，提升產品散熱性能。 散熱技術開發 • 研究與導入先進散熱技術，如 Liquid Cooling、新材料散熱方案。 • 建立散熱設計規範、資料庫及開發流程。 跨部門協作 • 與機構、電子、軟體、製造協同合作，推動產品開發與問題改善。 • 提供熱模擬結果與驗證數據，支援設計決策與產品導入。

負責帶領測試工程師完成伺服器產品研發階段的軟硬體相容性測試、功能性測試及效能測試。主要負責工作內容如下： 1.伺服器作業系統功能測試，相容性測試，系統性能和網路測試 2.BIOS, BMC和硬體相容性測試及功能測試 3.學習新技術並創建對應的測試案例，建立測試計畫 4.對新人進行培訓 5.帶領測試團隊按時完成測試任務並保證伺服器產品品質 6.有效管理測試任務、資源規劃與分配 7.問題的管理與追蹤，跨團隊合作，加速問題的解決及澄清 8.匯總測試報告並追蹤測試進度 9.風險評估與管理 10.與原廠或客戶充分溝通，瞭解並滿足測試需求

In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing schematic design, PCB layout, troubleshooting and debugging, using established design standards and procedures.
