Job Responsibilities: ◆Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and address hardware and software challenges to ensure smooth operations. ◆Monitor production processes, maintain quality standards, and conduct tests to verify product performance. ◆Assist in obtaining required legal certifications (FDA, ISO, etc.), including application submissions and review participation. ◆Stay updated on emerging technology trends, proposing ideas for enhancements and innovations to maintain our market leadership. ※ Excellent English and communication skills, capable of working independently ※ Project management capabilities, including new product feasibility assessment and cost estimation ※ New product testing process planning and SOP development ※ 5+ years of experience in plastic mold development, product design, and manufacturing ※ 5+ years of experience in extrusion, die-casting, and CNC machining processes ※ Familiarity with plastic mold manufacturing, injection molding, plastic materials, and general metal materials ※ Knowledge of mechanical and electronic integration concepts and related practical experience ※ Experience in drone product development is preferred

1.Experience in signal integrity simulation of system boards and lab instruments, including VNA and TDR. 2.Experience with PDN characterization and trade off performance & cost. 3.Excellent communication and presentations skills are mandatory

1. 負責產品硬體開發，從設計、打樣至量產導入全流程執行。 2. 進行電子電路設計、功能驗證與系統除錯作業。 3. 熟悉 OrCAD，能獨立繪製符合產品功能與規格的電路圖。 4. 擅長電源回路與高速數位電路設計，具實際開板與 Debug 經驗。 5. 具影像處理硬體設計經驗尤佳（如 ISP 架構、CMOS Sensor 整合）。 6. 需具備跨部門溝通協作能力，能與韌體、軟體團隊共同完成產品整合。 【必要條件】 * 熟悉 OrCAD 或其他電子電路繪圖軟體，能獨立完成電路圖設計與檢討。 * 熟悉開板流程，具備 Bring-up、Debug、EMI 等測試驗證經驗。 * 熟悉電源設計與高速訊號處理（具 Signal/Power Integrity 基礎）。 * 能閱讀英文技術資料並具備良好問題分析與解決能力。

1. 負責影像前／後處理模組開發與演算法優化（如降噪、色彩校正、畫面穩定等）。 2. 參與 ISP 調校與 Sensor 整合，提升影像成像品質與系統效能。 3. 實作 YUV／RGB 資料處理與色彩空間轉換演算法。 4. 協助進行畫質評估與驗證，執行 IQ tuning 與參數優化。 5. 配合跨部門開發團隊，完成產品整合、測試與調校作業。 【必要條件】 * 熟悉 ISP 架構、Sensor 成像流程與成像影像路徑。 * 具影像前後處理經驗，熟練 Denoise、Enhancement、Gamma 等演算法應用。 * 具備影像品質優化與調校經驗（IQ Tuning），熟悉相關分析與驗證流程。 * 熟練 C/C++ 或 Python，具基礎演算法開發與實作能力
