負責帶領測試工程師完成伺服器產品研發階段的軟硬體相容性測試、功能性測試及效能測試。主要負責工作內容如下： 1.伺服器作業系統功能測試，相容性測試，系統性能和網路測試 2.BIOS, BMC和硬體相容性測試及功能測試 3.學習新技術並創建對應的測試案例，建立測試計畫 4.對新人進行培訓 5.帶領測試團隊按時完成測試任務並保證伺服器產品品質 6.有效管理測試任務、資源規劃與分配 7.問題的管理與追蹤，跨團隊合作，加速問題的解決及澄清 8.匯總測試報告並追蹤測試進度 9.風險評估與管理 10.與原廠或客戶充分溝通，瞭解並滿足測試需求

1. 根據產品規格,訂定產品硬體測試計畫. 2. 執行產品開發設計階段之電子電路及系統硬體功能測試. 3. 執行系統可靠度實驗,分析並驗證問題. 4. 參與專案會議並整合測試報告,回報客戶. 5. 根據產品規格開發所需之測試解決方案, 包含軟,硬體及設備控制程式等之開發.

Be familiar with high speed circuits, layout guide and EMC suppressor components. 2. Be familiar with automotive EMC standard like CISPR 25, ISO11452-2. 3. Experience in EMC design and trouble shooting. 4. Attend product design review including ME stacking, schematics and PCB layout. 5. Make EMC validation test plan and report. 6. Communicate with 3rd party lab and client for the test plan and validation cost evaluation. 7. Analyze product EMC issues. 8. Study vehicle component level test standards and product specifications. 9. With personal positive characteristic.
