工作敘述： 此職缺為扮演半導體無晶圓製造商與供應商及內部量率工程單位之間的Tier 1 支援。 1. 晶圓代工廠資料傳送流程與資料正確性檢核 (MES/ERP/Shipment透過雲端地端設備傳輸) 以及問題排查。 2. 半導體封裝測試廠資料傳送與資料正確性檢核與問題排查 (Data pipeline的異常管理)。 3. 提供Tier 1層級技術支援 (資料庫以及雲端地端 Data pipeline ETL相關問題)必要時升級問題至Tier 2層級尋求支援。 4. 資料自動化流程成優化 (含程式[Script]撰寫等)。 5. 其他主管交辦事項。 所需技能： 1. SQL 基本語法使用 2. Unix基本指令 (Command line) 3. 基礎雲端與ERP知識 4. Overview We are seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer - Marine in Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training on Garmin Marine products to boat OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), regional distributors and sales representatives. Essential Functions • Act as embedded Garmin technical representative to ensure installations meet Garmin standards for quality and functionality • Provide on-site support of Marine OEM Installations and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment • Verify reported defective products at Customer’s facility • Maintains expert Garmin Marine product knowledge. Leads field investigations and responses for critical issues. • Investigate and deliver product information for new products and services to regional sales rep and distributors by creating or coordinating the creation of knowledgebase content and structure • Creates, reviews and delivers training materials on time and with accurate and relevant information • Provides counsel regarding troubleshooting and resolution of problems of the product in the field and issues with process by interacting with various internal departments • Demonstrates strong communication skills. 【ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Engage with senior R&D, Product Management, Users and business stakeholders to ensure requirements analysis supports the execution of critical and transformative business functions, escalating and resolving omissions or discrepancies as necessary. • Work with Product Managers to ensure that Agile teams understand the vision for the product, the link to business strategy, and the voice of the customer and that the releases from the product development teams achieve desired business objectives as defined by the Product Management team. • Ensure User Stories and product requirements meet the market needs and align to the Product/Technical Enabler Roadmap. • Promote the use of One CRO system tools and applications wherever possible to avoid system / feature duplication • Adhere to PLC/DLC SOPs avoiding deviations wherever possible. • Work closely with Product Managers, SMEs and other stakeholders to support the creation of unambiguous Features with input from Architects & Engineering. • Work closely with Agile Teams and SMEs to write unambiguous User Stories with input from Architects and Engineering. • Ensure requirements are clearly understood by the development teams and captured in the appropriate tool. • Collaborate with the Agile team to prioritize the backlog of User Stories to align with Sprints and enable release or Program Increment (PI) Planning. • Collaborate with the Agile Team to detail acceptance criteria and acceptance tests. • Manage and maintain an appropriately sized and prioritized team backlog of User Stories (including defects and enablers) for implementation. • Identify, document and coordinate dependencies with the Engineering Lead, Release Train Engineer (RTE), and other Product Owners (POs). • Prepare for and participate in release or Product Increment (PI) Planning, including program backlog refinement, updates to the team backlog and reviewing and contributing to the program vision, roadmap, and product content presentations, assist the team in creating specific objectives for the upcoming release or Program Increment (PI). • Provide the clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and sequencing. • Attend Scrum meetings, standups and release management meetings. Collect early feedback from Product Managers, SMEs and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Act as the liaison between Product Management, SMEs and CRO’s development team. • Demonstrate Agile Team progress by showcasing completed User Stories for evaluation during sprint and system demos. Ensure the frequent, reliable, and continuous release of value-added solutions. • Communicate Product delivery risks (regulatory or other), operational deviations including summary root cause, and CAPA metrics to Product Management as necessary. • Support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Engineering Director in the production of metrics and KPIs to ensure the Product Increment or release is on the track.
