【工作內容】 1. 協助擴增實境 (AR) 相關專案的設計與程式開發。 2. 設計並實現 AR 應用的使用者介面 (UI)，優化互動體驗。 3. 參與團隊日常運作，與設計師及開發交流合作，確保項目按時完成。

What you will be doing: • Drive fab troubleshooting and integration across multiple modules to sustain and improve product yield. • Execute product yield improvement and perform failure analysis to lead continuous improvement projects (CIP). • Collaborate with Quality and Process teams to resolve quality issues from back-end factories and customers. • Partner with Process, Product, Quality, and Purchasing teams on cost reduction projects including new material evaluations, process modifications, and second-source supplier qualifications to enhance cost competitiveness. • Work closely with R&D to ensure the successful implementation of new technologies and products into manufacturing. • 產品品質異常排除 (Troubleshooting)： 快速查找異常原因，並主導與跨部門資源整合以解決產品品質異常問題。 • 良率改善與失效分析 (Yield Improvement and Failure Analysis)： 解析數據與失效機制，發起並主導持續改善專案 (CIP) ，以維持最佳產品良率。 • 客訴排除與品質改善 (Customer Issue Resolution) ： 與品保 (Quality) 及製程 (Process) 團隊合作，解決並防堵來自後段封裝廠與終端客戶的品質反饋。 • 推動產品成本優化專案 (Cost Reduction)： 協同製程 (Process)、產品 (Product)、品保 (Quality) 及採購 (Purchasing) 部門，執行新材料評估、製程變更與第二供應商 (Second-source) 導入，以提升產品成本競爭力。 • 新技術與新產品導入 (New Product Implementation)： 與研發團隊 (R&D) 合作，確保新技術與新產品高效移轉至量產環境。

-Foundry Transfer 1.Coordinate with respective backend NPI engineering teams the processing of technology-transfer lots from wafer fabrication out through wafer sort, characterization, qualification, and safe launch 2. Work with Fab Process Engineering and Process Integration to review process transfer status, risks, and action items. 3. Drive lot track schedules, milestones, and issues; communicate risks to the Technology Transfer Project Lead and Product Engineering Director. -Wafer Yield & Data Analysis 1.Review wafer sort data, wafer maps, WAT/PCM data, electrical yield, and parametric distributions. 2. Identify process-related yield loss, electrical anomalies, and parametric shifts. 3. Work with Fab Yield and Process Engineering teams on root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and yield improvement during safe launch through to product maturity. -Product Release Coordination - Probe, Characterization, Reliability Testing 1. Project coordinates the following key activities in the product transfer cycle 2. Wafer probe and engineering characterization activities before package assembly. 3. DC and AC characterization within the characterization team and support correlation between wafer probe, final test, and reliability data. 4. Assembly, Final Test, Reliability, Failure Analysis, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to support product release. 5. Interface with reliability teams for AEC-Q101 reliability tests such as HTRB, HTGB, Temperature Cycling, Power Cycling, HAST, THB, HTSL, Autoclave, and package qualification testing. 6. Support failure analysis reviews when yield, qualification, or test issues occur. 7.Prepare engineering build reports, yield summaries, qualification updates, and manufacturing readiness materials. **Please make sure to attach your most updated English resume along with your 1111 application.

[Job Responsibilities] • ​​Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection(MEPF) design and packaging to meet the client and code requirements • ​Prepare MEPF specifications, schedules, drawings and any other contract documents through the project stages. ​ • Manage the MEPF design delivery of projects from concept to the very end results. • ​Attend progress, design and co-ordinate meetings. • ​Input to pre-qualification and selection of contractors, respond to tender queries, comment and review tender returns. • ​Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD) ​ • Obtain the necessary information both internally and externally from Architects, s and relevant Design Consultants for the design to proceed. • ​Liaise with clients, professional organizations, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and other designer • ​Identify and effectively meet the requirements and expectations of clients’ ensuring the timely receipt of information ​ • Monitor and control scope of work progress and issues. • ​Solving technical problems that might arise on site between engineering and construction ​ • Experience in submitting MEPF documents for permit • ​Refer major problems to the Project Director, Project Manager or General Manager. ​ • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.​ [Preferred Skills and Abilities] • 2 year experience or above in MEP construction works. • ​​Background in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineering or relevant experience ​ • MEPF Quality Assurance certification is a plus **Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.**
